OMG such a narrow minded serial..and I'm shocked thats its rated as 2nd best 😵

I just dont understand why Arthi is still taking this nonsense... she should just walk out of this wedding.

Yash's job is just to stare.. poor guy hardly speaks in this serial..

Okay first of all, just because one thing was mentioned in the show (name change) it doesn't deserve the top spot on IF ????

Yes I do agree that the people are shown as narrow-minded, but it's not right to bash a show or character like that!

and if you haven't seen today's epi, you'll see that if you think that Yash "only stares" ... well that's wrong! What's wrong with being an observer and talking when needed ... like he did today?

i have a feeling that Aarti or Yash or both will stand up and say no ... let's wait and watch ... if not than we all can discuss about it, but it's never smart making hasty decisions. 😳

... you stated your opinion and I did as well😳

Also, sorry but I'm not trying to be rude... but when it comes to ANYTHING related to Gurmeet Ji or anything he does and it's not correct ... well I'm here to defend him 😊

I dont think the serial is narrow minded...they are showing some sample of narrow minded people who exists I guess in indian society...as for Yash...Yes he doesnt get more dialogues and I dont think he should at this point because you see it is not needed...I am sure after marriage there will be more of Yash

The world is not full of good people only...there are narrow-minded ones out there, so it's not completely unrealistic to see them in a show. However, there should be a limit to such characters and I think PV has that limit. Most of the characters are not narrow-minded, like Shoba, Mr. Dubey, Vidhi (I love her!), Yash's brothers, Paridhi, Paridhi's parents, and even Mr. Scindia to a point. Only Gayatri and Buaji, and maybe Arpita's mom (we haven't seen much of her yet though) are the negative characters so far, so people should quit complaining that PV is a narrow-minded show. If you don't like it, don't watch it.

At TM you are welcome to your thoughts...and you know for a second today after watching the epi i was thinking of throwing my hands up in frustration...but i honestly think you should check out the thread on this forum done by the analysis unit for today...it really gave me a better appreciation for the epi...and has calmed some of my frustrations...

jus sayin...

ps i agree...yash does tend to not say enough...but he's learning 😉

Narrow minded? You know what this show is about right? A divorced woman remarrying a nice guy. A few decades ago, it was considered weird/bad for a divorced or widowed woman to remarry unless she was settling for a much older man. It's unfair to call this show narrow minded because of ONE episode.

A few characters in this show have flaws. Despite taking on a "widowed" woman as their daughter in law (for their own praises mind you), they still exhibit old and sexist views. But I have hope that this will change, and Aarti will remain Aarti

The serial trying to promote remarriage of woman with a kid can't be considered narrow-minded. Aarti's mother in law disowned her own son to support Aarti becoz he was wrong. It takes time for people to accept changes...and there are always section of people who hold beliefs that can be considered outdated and unrealistic. But that is not the reason why a serial can't be at no. 2 spot. On the other hand the one in the top slot( sorry I know I should not bring it here) repeatedly shows disrespect towards daughter-in-law's in the house😲

But in real life also all saugt of people exist...Even the two kids delivered by same mom r having different personalities...Look into our owm family scenarios( i mean in general) we got all kind of relatives with different approch towards same situations...
PV is a family drama based on a social issue, so its not depicting any narrow mindedness or
backwrd thoughts...
As far as Yash,s character is concererned...he does nt need to speak too much or loud as the character demand it...But where ever reguired he is standing firmly n voicing his liking n dis liking...
Life is nt always a fairy tale...its nt always a smmoth road to go straight...it has many bends n turns...same r people ...good, bad, excellent, superstitious,conservative, modern...list is endless...
Dear its always better to give logical statements...never conclude or judge...No offence...just my view point

This serial is actually trying to bring out all narrow mindedness in society and trying to break those narrowm mindedness . How can you not see that they actually brought out this point and leads are opposing it and that is the message. You must have the capability to analyse things before jumping to conclusion. This serial is bringing forward re marraigecwhich still is not so common in Indian society.

Actually this serial has guts to bring out inner evils of society and to fight them. Please learn to look into things deeply.

narrow minded show ??? ok, world is not filled with broad minded ppl, why take yashs father he wants a widow DIL but never tried getting his widow sister married cannot point finger at him right away he is mixed, not every one will welcome a widow DIL with open arms may be he tried but couldnot get a guy for her sis and considering time then was very ortho compared to now

every one has a shade of little narrow minded ness in them (ok given if not every one ) it will come out in some time and the discussion will let that go and make them see things in open mind , so lets not say this show is narrow minded, its high lighting many things ,...

if we keep counting which one is narrow minded show well there will be a solid fight for top spot for other shows and PV wont be in top ten list
