One other point is that if the child is at least three or four years old, then Aarti has been a divorcee for at least about 5 years, na? That is a long time ...

... who knows maybe this Yash's loss of wife was more recent?

This point about how long each one has been single may also make a difference to their comfort level in the new relationship?😲

Jyoti, it sounds like we can send a list of required "sounds" to the producer like one of our old friends had sent during KAAJAL days?

Today's epi was decent

Yash's Tarzan entry was awesome

But wats up with GC doing such stunts without a harness

Poor Aarti had a failed loved marriage

Proud of her inlaws for supporting her

Yash's family surprised on hearing the word "Ladki" from Yash's mouth

Yash's mansion is just beautiful

I just wish that GC grows his stubble a lil more

We are yet to know as to how did Yash land up at the wedding

Possibly he may be a wedding planner by profession

😭I'm so late, because I couldn't watch live today, but I wanted to put my ideas down before I read everyone else's posts.

Observations:

So they are still doing all the typical introduction things, that as someone who already knows the main gist of the characters, I find it a little boring. However, it's pretty good as these things go. I liked that the marriage actually looked like it was a big, important affair. Also, the fact that Yash, as the wedding planner, was trying to solve a crisis as his introduction/first encounter with Aarti, I thought worked well. It may seem a little silly that he would crawl up that support beam just to fix the jam with the flowers, but as a wedding planner, he would not want anything to go wrong in a large wedding like this. It worked for me, anyway.

Aarti's ex- I hope the CV's wanted us to not like this guy, because I don't like him. From what they have shown, he seems like a pretty selfish person who was not ready for the reality of marriage. As long as Aarti gave all of her attention to him, and they had nothing to do other than spend fun times together, he was okay in the relationship. Once she started giving some of her attention to his parents and the baby was on the way, he couldn't handle it any more. He was right that it was a mistake to marry, because he obviously had no idea of the responsibilities that he was undertaking by asking her to marry him. I mean, dude, leaving your pregnant wife, and giving some dumb excuse like she's always thinking about others, but never about him, doesn't cut it for me.

To be slightly fair, it is important that a wife and husband give ample attention to each other, and not let other family members and their concerns come before the marriage relationship. But the solution to a problem like this is NOT to walk out! Grrr, I don't think I have it in me to say any more about this, because it just burns my buttons when anyone, but especially men, enter into marriage as if it is a game, instead of a serious thing.

Though I don't like this Prashant guy at all, I do like how he is the perfect contrast to Yash. Though they haven't shown it yet, we know that Yash is a man to whom family (especially his kids) is important. He will be able to appreciate Aarti's qualities of care and thoughtfulness, unlike her ex.

Okay, now it's time to read what everyone else has to say.

Enjoyed immensely today and much more than yesterday. In fact the entire family enjoyed today.

So, what changed my entire perception overnight from yesterday? Gurmeet's entry ofcourse :-) Oh dear, can he make a difference to viewer perception! We loved him walking across corridors and lawns and halls as Maan Singh Khurana and Yash too made it to our hearts! Ufff! Boy, can he take our breaths away!

Loving the attention to Gurmeet's styling. It's perfect. The accidental brush and the look around- Uff! Maardala! Neat work from the DOP- we so love attention on Gurmeet's eyes and profile! Hah! BUT THE STUNT WAS SCARY! Hopefully there won't be any more of the kind. Kindly don't encourage ANY actor to do stunts without harnesses.

Liked the Flower Shower nevertheless.

Aarti's flashback was succinctly and precisely done and well done too. There are several fuzzy areas for me personally in that marriage right now though since during her college days he came across as quite in love and then a 180 degree turn, sort of one-sided, giving the impression that he is nothing short of a rascal. Well, since his parents too are with Aarti, he must indeed be a rascal! There are those kinds too in India! Neatly wrapped up that.

Aarti aka Kratika- she came across as a surprise. Liked her a lot. Expressive and not melodramatic.

Liked Ma-in-law- Good to see she's strong and progressive thinking. Should be a change from the regular saas-es around! Yash's mom seems a more stereotype ma-in-law, for instance. The other lady whoever vs Aarti's ma-in-law's open conflict was strong, but a wee too strong for my sensibilities, but am ready to give it a toss- it happens in conservative communities. And the Indian woman has never had it easy (nor has the Indian man as recent reports suggest, but that's another story).

Loved Yash's bro! He reminds me of a character Jay Bhanushali used to play in Geet. A cheery fella- good going with that. The help around the home, adds to the comic component. Keep it as is and away from slapstick. Good so far. The only catch- as Gurmeet sat in the lounge at home, my eyes kept searching for Drashti. Sigh.

Anyway, a very positive precap- loved the realistic touch- the kiddo sleeping in his inners! Touched a chord with the entire family and we went awww :) Looking forward to tomorrow.

@Khush and Samana:Yes the Mansion looked so royal ..I loved the whole pool thing ..it was designed so royally and was very different from rest of the daily soaps ..I m glad they got a different set and dint take those old common sets 👏😳

@Mansi and Samana:About child ka custody I feel in future he will return back to his own house and might do some emotional atyaachar on his own parents regarding how he is all alone and cant stay without his wife and kid ...so mayb Prashant's family might take a U-Turn and want the custody of their family ka waaris 😕🤔..they might feel Aarti is already well settled with Yash ,his family and his kids ...so its better if our family's waaris comes back to us since our son too is back now
