Film star Fijians welcome TV star Karan

Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli Indian television series actor, Karan Grover arrived in the country yesterday and was greeted by a crowd of fans at Nadi International Airport.
Karan' which is his name on the silver screen said he looked forward to see what Fiji can offer.
He said that he has heard a lot from Abha (Suhasi Dhami) after her visit last year.
"I am extremely surprised and thank you so much for the warm welcome and I am right here in Fiji finally," Mr Grover said.
"For my next show I think I have to take an actress from here. I expect the public to have fun, and scream to their top of voices. It will be a blast, I promise you this."
Other artists include Chirag (Laugh India Laugh Fame) and Shehnaz Akhtar (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa) in the three hours of international Dhamaka.
When this edition went to press last night the show was rocking the FMF National Gymnasium in Suva.
The event is presented by DMG and Mirchi FM and is proudly supported by FBC TV, The Fiji Times, Masti Art and Dance group, SPR, Vanua Rental Cars, Max Marketing and Publishing Limited, Landmark Designs, Singhs Rental Cars and Fun World Plaza Hotel.
Subrail Park, Labasa will host today's (Saturday) show, Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka on Sunday and Churchill Park in Lautoka will host on Monday next week.
May 1 will be at Prince Charles Park in Nadi, May 3 Govind Park, Ba. Tickets ranges from $8 - $20 and $25 VIP.
