Rubina came to a local fundraiser in California about a week ago. She was so humble and sweet. And explained that her current show was a joke. We agree with you. 👏 Zee is wasting the audience's time and her talent. She now has a new role of Sita on another channel. Yay! Now, will this show fade away and be cancelled soon? I don't even watch it. Better to watch Pavitra Rishta or old reruns of Choti Bahu. 😉

She is humble and sweet. Zee gave her a raw deal. She should get the role that is similar to Choti Bahu. Not a second hand role. 😕

I think we all should stop playing blame games because we don't know what happened behind the scenes.

As an employer, Zee TV has every right to fire or hire their employees( with this statement, I am not supporting their decision of making her leave the show though ). If the channel's decision is unfair , I believe, she can take necessary legal actions against the channel .

Also, a good interview technique for a job seeker is , don't bad mouth your previous employers. A previous employer won't like it , nor will the new employer. I think Rubina should be aware of this technique.
