@Ruchi, I was also thinking the same thing. That as much as he hates his father, he is doing the same thing. The lack of remorse in his eyes when he saw Sarita looking stricken stuck me. Divya had his wedding photo in her hands and Sarita as his wife was standing in front of him. When are CVs going to concentrate on him so that his actions can be explained (even if they are wrong) to audience. His looking mesmerized at Divya or unintentionally going towards her in a daze is understandable because those are subconscious reactions. But this was too much especially when Sarita as a reminder is here.
He definitely is in an alternate world where he is not married (in his mind) and thinks of this love he has for Divya above any law or anything. He did leave her alone when he found about her engagement (was it bruised ego or a sense of betrayal?). But now finding out that she came to look for him prior to the engagement, broke her wedding and is staying at his house under a flimsy pretext is acting as a green signal for him. Probably seeing her still together with Gaurav and Gaurav putting her arms around her acted as a trigger. Instead of star-crossed lover, he is coming across as an obsessive person who needs help. Is that what creatives are trying to show. I have no clue because even after 4 weeks, Raj is on a sideline on whose character no attention is being paid. Even yesterday, the scene was cut between him and Divya because they wanted to show unnecessary melodrama.
From the precap, it had seemed as if falling on the bed was an accident and then he just couldn't let it go. That would have made it subconscious thing again, but it did not come across like that. I think it was again editing problem that made it seem like this. Regardless, lack of remorse at being seen together with Divya was very significant. From his point of view, Sarita doesn't know that Divya is his ex and yet he was not concerned at all how she would feel finding this out.
Then there are all these contradictions being shown here. The family had decided not to tell Raj about Divya's visit because previously he had reacted badly to her name being mentioned. But then that day, they were casually talking about her visit. The family is so delusional that they cannot even connect dots of Divya being his ex.
Yesterday, I was struck by the delusion of parents. Both parents are talking about 2nd marriage with a famous star who is also beautiful and rich and is engaged to a successful guy. What makes them think that any girl let alone such a star would want to be a mistress of their married son who is just a scrap dealer? To say the least, the entire family including Raj is delusional.
