Yesterday, Tellychakkar.com exclusively reported about Parul Chauhan's entry in Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd's Punar Vivah - Ek Nayi Umeed for Zee TV. We now give our readers more information on the Punar Vivah of Sarita (Srishty Rode), the lead protagonist of the show.

As per the ongoing track, Rohan (Abhishek Malik) who poses as Guru before Sheela (Nazea Sayed) has succeeded in bringing Sheela out of the house. As reported by us in an earlier article, Rohan will try to rape Sheela but will not be successful.

Meanwhile, Sarita strikes a deal with Vikrant (Eijaz Khan) to save Sheela from the evil eyes of Rohan. Vikrant promises Sarita that if she gets married to him, Sheela will be safe. Sarita agrees to this deal and gives her consent to marrying him. Vikrant sends his man to save Sheela from Rohan. But soon after saving Sheela, Vikrant orders his henchman to tie up Sheela in the same place till he gives him his next order. The idea of the obsessive Vikrant is to use this situation to marry Sarita at any cost. While he strikes a deal with Sarita, he also makes sure that Sheela is not home before they get married.

Around the same time, Sarita fakes to be rude and heartless towards Raj (Karan V Grover). She admonishes him by saying that he is a good for nothing, and prefers to get out of his life. She deliberately does this so that Raj can move on in life post her marriage to Vikrant.

We hear that there is some huge drama planned even on the wedding day!! As per sources, Sheela will get to know of the deal between her bhabhi Sarita and Vikrant and will want to stop the wedding from happening. She will somehow escape from the clutches of Vikrant's men and will flee to reach the wedding venue on time to stop the wedding. However, she reaches the venue when the saath phere have been taken and Sarita has completed herPunar Vivah.

Will Raj get to know of Sarita's deal with Vikrant? How will Sarita and Vikrant's equation be post marriage?

We called Srishty Rode who said, "Yes, Sarita gets married to Vikrant is what I know. You will have to see how the wedding takes place."

Nazea Sayed when called said "Sheela runs from home as she wants to marry Guru. But now after getting to know that Guru is in fact Rohan, she flees from him. This is where Vikrant's men help her out. I really do not know what happens next."

Get ready for the high-voltage drama in Zee TV's Punar Vivah.

Raj & Divya get engaged , as Raj shows-off his love before Sarita in PV-ENU

The drama in Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd's Punar Vivah - Ek Nayi Umeed on Zee TV takes to a new high with Raj's (Karan V Grover) ego forcing him to show-off before Sarita (Srishty Rode) that he has finally got the girl he loves in Divya (Parul Chauhan).

A desperate lover that Raj is now, he went on to propose Divya in style. Now the focus will be on Raj and Divya's engagement, which will be an episode high on emotions. Raj purposely invites Sarita and Vikrant (Eijaz Khan) to his engagement party, to prove to Sarita that he is happy with Divya coming in his life.

Post the engagement, Raj forces Divya to dance with him but his eyes are on Sarita to notice her reactions all through the song. Sarita too, is perplexed on seeing Raj's behaviour and cannot get her eyes off him as the song apt for the occasion Tu Pyaar Hai Kisi Aur Ka' is played. Divya who is dragged to perform the ball room dance with Raj is clueless as to why the otherwise full-of-life Raj is behaving strangely. We hear that Vikrant and Sarita too will join Raj and Sarita on the dance floor.

While all this is happening, Vandana (Surbhi Vyas) will notice a moment where Raj and Sarita get to talk to each other during the engagement. She further poisons Vikrant's mind that his wife still has a closeness towards Raj.

In the coming episodes, we do hear that Vikrant needs to travel to Mumbai for few days on official work and this is when he will decide to take Sarita along, as he fears that she might again develop closeness with Raj during his absence.

When contacted, Karan told us, "Yes, Sarita very well knows that Raj is an extremist when it comes to his reactions. As of now, he wants to show-off to Sarita that he has found the love of his life in Divya. But the truth is that he still loves her. Sarita who has whole-heartedly accepted the responsibility of being Vikrant's wife wants Raj to move on and have his own life. It will be interesting to see how Raj reacts to the situations that life places before him. Let's see how the story goes."

Vikrant develops a 'suspicious eye' for Raj-Sarita's closeness in Zee TV's Punar Vivah

Tellychakkar.com has been updating our readers regularly about the track twists in Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd's Punar Vivah - Ek Nayi Umeed on Zee TV.

We had recently written about Raj (Karan V Grover) getting into a forced ballroom dance with Divya (Parul Chauhan) post their engagement, just to show-off before Sarita (Srishty Rode). We had also hinted to a new track developing where Vikrant (Eijaz Khan) would turn suspicious to Raj and Sarita's closeness.

We now hear that tonight's episode will be a precursor to Vikrant developing a suspicious eye. So what's it that triggers Vikrant?

Sarita who is concerned over Raj's weird behaviour decides to confront him post their dance sequence. She enters his bedroom and argues with him, when Raj in a fit of rage bangs his hand against the glass and starts bleeding. Sarita who tries to bandage him tells him that he needs to move on in life. Raj immediately boasts about his happy love life with Divya.

On the other hand, Kajal plans to create a situation where Abhimaan is in trouble, so that she can instigate Vikrant that Sarita is not being a good mother to his son. However, her plan takes a dangerous turn when the place catches fire. But Sarita comes in instantly and saves Abhimaan. Vikrant who sees this brave act of Sarita is happy that she is being a responsible mother. Vandana (Surbhi Vyas) who had earlier seen Raj and Sarita conversing in the room tells Vikrant that if Sarita had been careful, Abhi would not have landed in danger in the first place. She also tells Vikrant that while Abhi was in danger, Sarita was with Raj in the room.

This actually provokes Vikrant and he ends up confronting Sarita telling her that she is more bothered about her ex-husband Raj rather than his son Abhimaan.

We tried calling Eijaz Khan, but could not get through to him.

Raj forces Sarita to kiss Vikrant in public

Drama is a key element in any daily soap and it looks like it has been tolling high in Zee TV's Punar Vivah Ek Nayi Umeed as the hard truth about Sarita (Srishty Rode) marrying Vikrant (Eijaz Khan) only to save Sheila (Nazea Sayed) is out to everyone. The show being produced by Shashi-Sumeet Productions is coming with more drama surrounding with three of these lives.

As seen so far, Sarita and Vikrant are enjoying their time in Mumbai and staying in a hotel, in the coming episode they'll be seen playing and dancing during a musical chair and a dance competition organized by the hotel authorities. "In the competition, Vikrant and Sarita will go on to become winners, and that is when Raj will instigate Sarita to kiss Vikrant publicly to prove her real love for him. Raj will further force Sarita to meet him with baggage so that they can elope from the entire confused situation and lead a life for themselves," informed sources.

Sarita decides to go to the place where Raj will call her, without knowing that Raj is looking for her to get her back in his life. Yes, Raj will ask her come back in his life but Sarita deny doing so. She will remind him that she has no intentions of running away as she holds the responsibility of being the wife of Vikrant and mother to his son."Sarita will clear the point that she will want to live her life with Vikrant and his son. This will further disappoint Raj," added sources.

Shristy Rode also confirmed the track saying, "Yes, we are presently shooting for the dance competition, wherein Raj wants Sarita to kiss Vikrant if she is really in love with him. Whether Sarita kisses Vikrant or not is for viewers to see."

Divya To Slap Sarita.

It's time for the two women in Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd's Punar Vivah Ek Nayi Umeed on Zee TV to have a face-to-face confrontation that ends up in one slapping the other.

Well, what are we arriving at? We hear that Divya (Parul Chauhan) and Sarita (Srishty Rode) who always shared a very good rapport will be in for a major shake in terms of relationship. Divya who has been a silent observer to Raj's (Karan V Grover) attraction towards Sarita will finally lose her cool, is what we hear.

At an airport sequence, the two ladies will confront each other, wherein Divya will blame Sarita of loving both the men, Raj and Vikrant (Eijaz Khan). Divya will feel that Sarita is trying to flick Raj from her, and will end up slapping Sarita.

This will put Sarita in a fix, as she is caught between Vikrant who is already suspicious of her, and Raj who wants Sarita to be with him.

Will Sarita explain her situation to Divya? Will the two ladies get together to sort out their problems?

When contacted, Srishty Rode told us, "Yes, we are to shoot a sequence where Sarita will get slapped by Divya. But I am not aware of why she does it."

Sheela Gets A MakeOver In Punar Vivah

Raj's (Karan V Grover) sister Sheela (Nazea Sayed) has always been seen as a very simple homely girl but the viewers will now see a major change in her character in Zee TV's Punar Vivah-Ek Nayi Umeed (Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd).

We hear that the creative team has given Sheela's role a new look and attitude.

As seen so far, a lot has gone wrong in Sheela's life because of Rohan (Abhishek Malik) and now she is all set to take revenge... but in ishtyle.

Let's have a look at what all is about to change for Sheela... She will be seen wearing Kurti and jeans instead of salwar kameez. She will also sport a new hairstyle.

Apart from this she will be more confident about herself.

So, when do we get to see her new look? "Well, the audiences will get to see her new look in tonight's episode where she plans to meet Rohan over coffee," says a source.

We also hear that her new look will shock Rohan as he has never seen Sheela in jeans and sunglasses.

When contacted Nazea she confirmed about the look and said, "I am very happy with the new look especially my haircut. Waiting to see how the audience reacts to it."

Punar Vivah To Go Off Air

Zee TV's Punar Vivah- Ek Nayi Umeed which never really boasted of great numbers like its first season helmed by Gurmeet Choudhary and Kratika Senger might be on its way out. According to sources, this Shashi Sumeet Productions' project might wrap up by December or January (2014).

If this news is correct, it could spell bad news for two actors Eijaz (Shubh Vivah) and Parul Chauhan (Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai) who had been banking on this project to resurrect their respective careers. Parul incidentally had replaced Rubina Dilaik.

When Rubina's character Divya was eased out, producer Sumeet Mittal had said that, "she was not removed but the character had met its logical ending."

Now, it's a different thing that Parul came back as Divya later.

Both Eijaz and Parul were not available for comment.

When we contacted lead actor Karan V Grover he said, "Our TVTs are doing good and I don't think it should go off-air."

We also spoke to Zee TV, Head of Fiction, Ajay Balwankar who denied that the show is going off-air saying, "Numbers of Punar Vivah 2 have gone up this week. We are ahead of Bade Acche Lagte Hain (Sony Entertainment Television) at the same slot."

Producer Sumeet Mittal remained unavailable for comment

Vikrant picks the revolver up

Shashi-Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd's Punar Vivah - Ek Nayi Umeed on Zee TV will take a new turn with Vikrant (Eijaz Khan) getting to know Raj's (Karan V Grover) plan of running away with Sarita (Shristy Rode).

While Raj will take to non-acceptable means like stealing jewelry and money from his own home to make sure he has all the money with him, Sarita will start to develop feelings for Vikrant.

However, the story will take a dubious turn with Vikrant overhearing the talk of Raj wherein he will be talking about visa and ticket to run away. Also, he will be shocked to see the tickets in his cupboard. This will be when Vikrant for the first time will pick up his revolver to seek a solution.

What is in Vikrant's mind as he picks up the revolver? Who is going to be his target?
