yeah that but also some languages have the wrong spelling or meaning for happy birthday....ie. spanish one is spelled wrong ( there has to be an <n> in there with a tilde...I dont want to spell it out because I dont know how to make a tilde and the word will be vulgar without it) and there is a better way of saying happy bday in gujju also.
