Yes that was my point. If production house does not gain. Nobody would be willing to take risks. Ek Hasina Thi was my favourite. The basic thread is same here too. The first time i saw this thread on indian telivision was in a old DD serial Kasam nearly 2 decades back.

Indian TV show is a particular group with TRP meters only in certain places and only sampling happens.😃

Also critical acclaim has its own rewards.I have been asked not to talk about other shows here, but still need to mention, POW-Bandhi yudh ke which was not a success in India was a success in Korea and won many Asian awards also.

So some shows that are not appreciated enough by Indian audience have international takers, Ek Hasina Thi also belong to that category which was a moderate success here but a huge hit in UK and middle east where it enjoyed re-runs.

But the problem there is in any such cases as per the current arrangement the PH gets nothing as copyright is owned by channel. PH gets money only for original first airing.

You can talk about other shows but only once. After this, we should not talk. Not just you but everyone is told the same to avoid negative effects😊. We must have noticed one thing that whichever shows gets low TRPs has IMDb ranking of 8.4 to 9+/10. You can check out any of the shows which had low TRPs on IMDb compared to the ones which gets high TRPs here.

TRP is 0.7 that is its increased by 0.1😊. Malva vs Manyakhet War 1.0 and Mrinal's Africa journey increased the TRPs. I hope Malva vs Manyakhet War 2.0 increases more TRPs next week😃. I think that depressing track of PV in jungle + overdose of Kosha and Mausi lowered the TRPs last week.

I feel if the story is concentrated more on leads the TRP will come. Yes less of Kosha would be welcome and last week also we didnt had too much of her antics.

Not only the leads but even Sindhuraj and Tailap are fine. The week PV got the lowest TRPs had so much of Kosha and Mausi 's tunnel adventures and PV's jungle adventures. Forget the leads even Sindhu and Tailap were not shown enough as a saving grace.

Agree !

A well balanced , crisp , well paced and interesting plot is required...last week was very good..it had PV vs Tailap vs Sindhu and then Tailap coming back home and Mrinal going to Africa to get the Africans...there was no dragging of scenes and the episodes were well balanced..this week was also good with PriNal dream and fight , Bhoj and Savitri entry , Tailap and Jhakkala confrontation and Malwa vs Mnaykhet 2..again well balanced episodes..m liking that interesting characters are getting screen space apart from the leads...and characters are getting developed and explored as per the story demand

I think coming week will be more PriNal centric as Mrinal will be in Malwa and we will have Mrinal and Prithvi aamne saamne

Dragging be it of characters or story or scenes is what makes it monotonous
