But aarambh preaches outdated separationist propaganda of Aryan Invasion Theory which is no longer valid.

They're showing wrong history over there.

I know every historical shows fake story but Aarambh was nothing but a racial propaganda.

Upar se they were trying to project their story as "real history ".

And I'm also unhappy with the lead actors.

I wonder when they had the purchasing power to cast a very talented actor like Vipul Roy in a side role, why did they cast that Rajneesh who can't act in the lead role?

Why are the producers are taking TV audience for granted that they are dumping useless B grade Bollywood stars on TV?

Same goes with Karthika.

I am sure There were many more South Indian actresses who can act better than her.

I really wanted Aarambh to get low trps and go off air eventually.

It was not the best Indian TV show that it's fans pretended it to be.

The story was very ordinary at the best.

And the racial undertones made it cringeworthy.

In fact, the makers weren't even accurate regarding their portrayals of Dravidians and Aryans.

Devasena is a Sanskrit name.

The only good thing that I found in Aarambh that women warriors of the Dravidian clan were seen as Normal instead of being treated like an Alien like what happens in other "naari shakti " shows.

But then again, the whole arrangement of Dravidian clan being matriarchal was made a huge fuss of, so here we go.

Aarambh will act as a warning to all TV producers who wants to take up controversial and racist topics to provoke the audience and get trps

I had no problems with the leads but I liked Karthika more as we have very less actress with dusky skin. Its misconception that North Indians are only fair and I hate when people say that. I am from UP but I am dusky not so dusky like Karthika but near to skin tone of Nia Sharma. People say that Aryan Invasion Theory is brought by the British to create fights between North and South. Koi mujhe bataayega how come Britishers know more about India than Indian themselves? How do you feel that the show has racism? The Dravidians are supposed to be dusky toned well not all of them but most of them. I watch PYPCK because in this show, the hero(V) is shown as a hero only aur villain(SD) ka kaam villain hi karta hai hero nahi. Also as strong, the heroine actually shown as strong and unique if we go by the standards of heroines on Indian Television. Some of the things she did will make her to be mistaken as a vamp by some people who are only used to see abusive male leads and Stockholm Syndrome heroines. I wish the show remain this way if it comes back with season 2 which every fans of this show wants. As for EktaKanta, I don't watch that show even though I like Madhurima and would not have watched the show even if Nia Sharma was selected as Chandrakanta because for me story matters more than the show. Imagine Gaurav and Kritika were cast in the most hyped and promoted show of Star Plus which only promotes humiliation and abuse of women with the excuse of revenge(for something she did unknowingly at the age of 6) then I would not have even looked at that show even if they were the actors from my favourite show PYPCK. I think the only grey to almost black female lead was the female lead of a TV show called Vishkanya where she could be mistaken as a vamp by anyone. I did not watched that show but itna to sabko pata hai. Just because she was not a man that character was hardly liked by anyone. There were very less people who liked that character. Chandrakanta of PYPCK does not come in that category till now but still some people may consider her as a vamp due to several things done by her which are not suited by the standards of a female lead in Indian Television.

I wish Salil Sand is removed and someone else is brought in place of him to give TRPs. He can't play with people's feelings by giving wrong TRPs. How can shows that ranks above 8(out of 10) in IMDb ratings can get less than 1 TRP? Someone is really cheating with people.
