"What?! How can you do that sir, I assure you we will shoot the music video our service is the best you know that, I know its going to be aired for 3 months time but I don't have a femal actress.. Mona waved to him. "Just a sec, what Mona?"

"It's fine we will have the video shoot start today itself"

"really the actress turned up" well.. he didn't let her finish the sentence. "yes sir we will have it done by today, my apologies thank you"

"thank you, let's go shoot this thing " ok so as per schedule it's the home scene today and then the next week on location. He nodded "yeah, yeah you will take good care of that I know" he said reminded her that he is on leave still.

"sir just saw you know she insisted"

"who?" he said walking back into the studio. She walked in with a dark pink sari, and Akash shook her hand. "you're a new actress? it's just that I've not seen you before" he said sitting next to her. "Wait a minute that's... Krishna saw her sittng in a beautiful sari, her hair and makeup done. Mona looked up at her boss.

"It's Pratigya?" he said in shock seeing her sitting with the actor, with her hands on her lap. "Mona what did I tell you I didn't want her involved!. "yeah but sir it will be fine, she wanted to help" Mona walked ahead. "Oh god" he said rubbing his temple. "ok places everyone . Krishna came and stood next to the director "I explained the scene to her we are ready to roll" He looked over to Pratigya trying to get her attention he didn't want her to do this he could already see that she was not ready. "Hey relax" said Akash squeezing her hand for support. Krishna saw that, and couldn't contain his jealousy his jaw clenched in anger he looked away for a second.

why did I agree to this, I don't even know this guy' she wanted to take away her hand but Krishna's reputation was at stake she needed to be professional. "ok action" her tv husband comes to her. "baby you know I can't live without you" he touches her face, in that instant Pratigya flinched back. "Cut!"

"What's the matter?, look this scene is suppose to be the end, ok where they confess and get back together where there is a long hug followed by a kiss, ok now this time I.."

"sir, hug and kiss, what's this video I thought it's the one about the high school friends who are.."

"Ksr no I think you are mixing the 2 up.. this is the romantic one" said Mona. "Hmm" the director nodded. "ok ready this time remember love" he said to Pratigya.

"Hey chill its just acting ok, don't worry" said Akash. She looked to Krishna for help there is no way she can do this romantic scene with this stranger. "Akash open your shirt buttons, and then I think we can have her sit on your lap for the old memory part?" said the director. Her eyes widened, now she just wanted to run away from this. "ok take 2" think Krishna do something you can't let her do this, she is doing it to save you but you had no idea it was this!' "Dear what is the problem you just smacked his hand away" Pratigya didn't say a word she didn't know what the hell to say. Do something she is going to be humiliated over this, infront of all these people!!.' The director smacked his paper in losing patience , "Sir, sir can I try, I mean just see with me how the shot will be?" He said standing in front of the video camera. "Well Krishna I don't know, I mean don't get me wrong you can easily pass as an actor with your hero looks, but we did agree to go with Akash.. then again the scene isn't happening so sure give it a go let's see what you got. He nodded. Krishna sir is doing the shot with me instead oh gosh, how will I hide my actual feelings, Pratigya there is no winning with you,just be relieved its not with a stranger but instead with the guy you are actually in lovet with it willl go fine' "Akash come here, let's see how these two work" Krishna quickly looked at his lines and then went over to the bench, she tilted her head up upon seeing him, . there was no wardrobe change, he he was in trouser's and the same white shirt he left home with, but he still looked liked a hero even then. her hair soft and wavy hair dropping to one side down her shoulder, nails painted a hot pink, both hands adorned with bangles looking elegant as she grasped the edges of the bench.Her sari palu drapping down. He took a seat next her. Getting a closer look at her face, her eyes adorn wit kajal, her rosy cheeks, her lips a soft pink shade. He could see that she didn't seem so tense anymore. "ok all set.. wait Krishna open some of your top shirt buttons" Krishna quickly did as he was told. "Myrah give him a quick touch up" she nodded and came with a brush. Pratigya, was now feeling more nervous. get a grip and just do your best'

"baby" she felt his hand gently grip the side of her neck her forehead pressing to intensely "You know I can't live without you"His fingers caressed back and fourth on her nape. whilst the thumb caressed the corner of her lip. She looked up at him, those chocolate brown eyes where she was lost, "you are my world, please forgive me for everything?" He got up and turned around, back against her as per script. Her lips broke into a smile as she got up. She put her palm on his shoulder he held it turning around "I forgive you" she said running her fingers loviingly across his forehead. He held her waste as she spoke "For everything" swayed in emotions he pulled her into a hug "Thank you, I love you so much" he said rubbing her exposed upper back, his hand then stroking just under her hair. She smiled against his shoulder "I love you too" she breathed, massaging his nape, with her finger tips. He slowly let go to look at her, He loveingly held her face, as he was.. her arms drapped around his waist. and she felt his lips press against her forehead. There was pin drop silence and a standstill frame, of them, his lips still pressed"fantastic that's a wrap!" shouted the director. Their eyes opened at the same time to the claps and cheers that erupted in the room. They made a shy distance from each other. "Perfect that was" he said patting Krishna's back, that was pure love, how did you both do it I'm amazed. "ok so Akash?" said Krishna

"Forget Akash, you and that girl are doing this music video shoot, the whole of it, I will have a word to Ayub sir send him the sample tonight and see what he says I'm fairly confident with the answer so you both get ready for location shoots hmm. Ever thought of a career in acting" he cholted. Krishna didn't know what to say, he himself wasn't ready to go on tv, and her how will she feel to come away and shoot this video. He looked across and saw Mona with Pratigya. Krishna went to follow Pratigya. "Sir she is just going to get changed she won't be a minute. Krishna waited a few minutes later she came out, her make up was still a bit heavy but her simple salvar was adorning her again.

"Sir it's ok Mona told me what happened and I hope I helped" she said shyly. He took a step forward.

" Like you wouldn't believe you saved my butt today.. can I shout you dinner?"

"Krishna and Pratigya right?" she nodded. "Yes director saab"

"update what was that about?" Krishna shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know I'll call and ask later. "So you hungry?" she nodded.. "Great lets go" they walked to his car. It was a quiet drive. "you ever thought about going into acting?" he said taking a turn she giggled. "no, did you not see how I was with Akash" he cholted. "true" He wanted to say something more didn't know how. Shortly they reached a small restaurant.

"thank you for dinner sir, but now I better get back home and take this excessive makeup off, see you tomorrow?"

"Pratigya wait" she turned back just before opening the car door, "yes sir" he released his belt, and then held her hand. "Listen I wanted tell you something"

"sir everything ok your worrying me" she said holding his hand back.

"Today, all praises to you, you acted really well with me, I was impressed by your acting"

"thanks you too sir, you were... his phone started buzzing. "hold on.. hello, hi Mona what's up.. he loved it? He wants to what?.. I don't know..' it's a Big ask! no i don't think so.. listen once there has been a revert I will get back to you" he hung up the phone. "sir everything ok?"

"hmm nothing to worry I already refused"

"not to worry darling my issue.. come it's late I'll walk you to your apartment." Pratigya didn't want to push him on the matter. She came out of the car. He walked with his hands in his pocket. She could sense he seemed in tension. "sir what's wrong I can see that phone call gave you tension I want to ease it so please tell me" he looked up at her.. "ok well I might as well tell you, Mona will call you later today anyway. So you know we did that shoot today? Guess what they loved it so much and now want us both to commit to shoot more scenes together but I refused it already so...

"but you will lose the client if you do like this.. sir you should say yes"

" they want us both to do location shoots, one is day after tomorrow in Dubai, you know Pratigya I promised that I wouldn't get you involved in my messes and I meant it, if I lose the client then that's life but I won't put you through anymore headache bas, you have a good rest I will see you tomorrow"

"but sir.." he didn't say anymore on the matter "have a sound sleep" he kissed her on the forehead and walked away quickly. "oh god.. Krishna wait!" she called.. he turned around immediately and walked back to her. "Hey you c-called me Krishna, say it again" he said with a full grin smile, I " ok I will say it, first you call Mona and tell her we will do the shoot, sir you can't lose this client, and don't worry about me I will be fine it's just acting"

"Pratigya.. I.. your right it's just acting, but still I feel like.."

"ok.. only if you are hundred percent sure"

"I'm sure sir I trust you" he smiled "thank you" he pulled her to his chest giving her a quick hug. She wrapped her arms around him. His hugs were so full of warmth. He slowly released her.. Her held her around the waist, she lifted her head off his shoulder, there eyes locked.. He lifted one hand and traced her face with it.. She sighed as her did,. Her phone interrupted the moment, they let go off each other, and she pulled it out of her hand bag, she didn't recognise the number. "that's Mona's she didn't waste anytime" what shall I say?" she asked.

"give me.. hello Mona, yes.. yes ok.. don't worry she's in we will come sign the contracts tomorrow.. yeah ok" he cut the call.. they both said bye and he left from there.

"wow Pratigya, you both are going to Dubai tomorrow squealed Gauri.

"look it's not like that I'm doing him a favour"

"because you love him na?" she nodded.. "yeah but I don't know if he feels the same way, I mean he had plenty of opportunities to tell me so... " Gauri mouth fell open reading some notes.

"um Pratigya have you read you know what you both will be shooting in Dubai?

"no I've not had a chance neither has he why?"

"where one scene is here, where he will kiss your neck and then you pull back into bed.!

"No where let me see.." Gauri chuckled. "hmm and keep reading it gets more interesting. Pratigya flipped through the pages, "oh your right.. but this isn't yet, in Dubai there are scenes in the sand and water, this scene isn't now, even so I can't do this"

"Can you refuse it altogether? but wait did you sign a contract" Pratigya nodded "yes I did, we both did yesterday"

"bye bachu then you are binded to that contract, both of you are"

"well we will just deal with it and make director change the scene when we come to it"

"ok that might work.. but a part of you isn't tempted to do this intimate scene with him.. hmm" she raised an arch.

"shut up Gauri, we are not talking about this anymore now help me pack, we leave tomorrow early morning, anyway its one day" Gauri got off the bed and helped her friend.

"so who all are going with you?" she asked.. "me, sir, director saab, camera man, 2 wardrobe & makeup crew members, I think it's around 8 in total." She stopped all of a sudden.

"Gauri am I doing right by going, I mean now when I think about it I'm already feeling nervous" Gauri went over to a panicked Pratigya. "it will be fine, you will do great"

"Thanks yaar for always being there for me and all your advice" Pratigya hugged her tightly.

"Yes dadi we have reached Dubai safely, we are just checking out of the airport" he smiled. He saw Pratigya taking her suitcase. "dadi I will call you back give our love to Siya"

"Pratigya give me that, what did I say, leave all that to me" he took the suitcase from her hand. They were then seated in a little bus, with all the crew members. The bus journey was a good 2 hours from the hotel they were going to be staying at. Everyone was having small chit chat amongst each other, Krishna & Pratigya were both seated next to each other "So have you been to Dubai before?" what a stupid question, when would she have gone there, place like this cost money, and you know her background she isn't well off.. now why would you ask a silly question like thaty Krishna!' his minded scolded him. He slowly turned his head feeling silly to face her..but when he looked she was dosing off. Her hands folding across her belly, her face to him, her eyes closed. His full attention went to her, he admired her innocent smile. The bus went over a bump bring his attention ahead. "Krishna sir, here, for you both.. He took the lunch bags from the man. Pratigya stirred, she had turned side ways to get comfortable, Once he placed them down near his feet, his shoulder felt heavy, he smiled when he saw her leaning on it. Her head right on his right shoulder blade.He turned over to face her. Shall I wake her to eat, she must be hungry hence she fell asleep' "Hey Pratigya?" he whispered, picking up her right hand. "hmm" she murmured, her eyes still closed."hey" he said softely. "hmm?" she said stretching her arm across his belly. , and holding him around his waist., as she completely leaned on him now. He could feel her inhaling into his t-shirt. "He smiled, feeling her warmth, and her snuggled in his arms. He couldn't help but caressed that arm, with his index finger as he did, her arm made a sudden movement, her eyes opened and she saw how she was positioned. He turned around, and their eyes locked. He found him self wanting to caress those lovely soft cheeks, so he did. "Hello sleepy head" he chuckled. "Sir" she said slowly shifting back "Sorry I must've dosed off.

"Hungry?" she nodded.. "Great let's see what we have" he said giving her the bag.. They shortly arrived at the hotel.

"ok everyone, we are staying here tonight but right now I'm allocating you two to room 214 & 215 to get changed and then it's a 15 minute drive to the dessert safari where the shoot will happen see you both in 30. Krishna went with some gents and Pratigya went with 2 women, Krishna was ready first, his room was one door opposite hers. He came out dressed for the shoot, Pratigya too came, holding her saree in place, he saw her from a distance. Pratigya was adjusting her sari as she looked in the mirror, she had refused to wear the other blouse as it was too revealing but this sari too wasn't any less and she didn't want to show up Krishna by acting like a diva, but still she was feeling self conscious. Her door closed and she turned around.

"Sir?.. are we late sorry I was just coming" she said.. Krishna turned her around. "Pratigya you look beautiful in this sari, I just had to come and see you. "Sir is everything ok are you ok?" he could hear the genuine concern in her voice and her actions the way she her hand checks his forehead for a temperature "No, no nothing like that everything is fine. "Hold that thought.. yes Kikuji, I know we are just leaving now, yes sir" he cut the call. They came near the lift, and then were escorted in the minivan. It was quiet, and they were on the sahara dessert within minutes. The sand was slippery and she still had her heels on. He could see she was struggling. "Here" she looked at him and took his support, she took his hand and walked with him. Kiku sir saw them from a far and waved. "Beta take your shoes off its safe" he said to Pratigya nodded and removed them, her feet touched the soft cool sand. "Places everyone" now you both stand here, do just as your script says. They both stood facing each other closely, "ok Krishna place your palms on her waist, Krishna swallowed hard, as his hands came in contact with her soft tiny waist, she looked up as she saw his nervous expression. "sir its ok relax here" to her surprise she covered her hands on top of his giving him a confident nod, Suddenly he felt at ease, and realising how bold that move felt she quickly removed her hands, and he pulled her forward. "That's great Krishna now go in for the hug" He enveloped her up into his arms, her feet came off the ground as he did. She felt secure and safe as she hugged him he smelt so good, she pulled away slightly still in the air, he held her securely, one hand on her waist and the other on her nape. There foreheads naturally touched. she looks so beautiful' he said as she gave him a subtle one. "Now the forehead touch" called Kiku feeling all excited seeing these showcasing their talent. Krishna placed her back on the ground, and she runs her finger tips across his forehead. "and cut" he yelled. They both turned to him her hand still on the corner of his forehead as his arms still around her. "The next shot we will take there" as Kiku sir spoke they take their hands back to themselves. "come for dress change" called Kiku they both nodded and walked to him. He walke with his hands in his pocket "you looking really gorgeous in this sari. She smiled "you too your looking wow in this shirt. "thank you madam, kiku sir walked a little further. "so.. he said causally. "I like you too a lot" she confessed. "Pratigya come with us, both of you there is your changing rooms we will help you get ready and sir your room is there.. they took Pratigya with them, but she was not feeling good after what she told him. She quickly got ready and came out of the tent. "Is sir still getting ready?" she asked a guy who was coming out of his tent. "no he's ready he is just coming. Krishna adjusted his collars he was feeling irritated as it wasn't sitting properly. Rita you and the others go with Pratigya we will come and meet you there shortly, Pratigya didn't want to leave Krishna and go but they had to act professional so she did as she was told. A identical tent was set up on Jumeirah beach they were there within in minutes, shortly Krishna arrived their too.

He came out of the car "lets roll people" he said acting like nothing bothered him, Pratigya was lost for words did she really turn that hunk down, she saw him with his shirt buttons completely open, giving her smoldering look.

Luckily no one noticed their awkwardness for them they were acting perfect. "Is it me" he said walking to the next spot, she turned to him. "No sir never" she wanted to explain but they were constantly being interrupted. Krishna ran to her and wrapped his arms around her waist. She felt hot and flushed feeling his bare chest against her almost exposed back. He moved her hair to the front, "arch your neck for him" yelled the director, she did and when she felt his lips against her neck she was lost in it. "cut!" her eyes flipped open. "ok water scene let's go" they both stood against each other in the water, she looped her arms around his neck, they both could see the water droplets on each others neck, cheeks and lips. They came closer both smiling at each other with full pearl white teeth showing. There foreheads touched followed by the tip of there noses which rubbed playfully and then they went in for the long hug. He held her tightly inhaling in, she felt relaxed and a sense of neediness washed over her she her grip got tighter around him, and "that's a wrap!" all the crew clapped and cheered. They quickly let go of each other and walked out of the water. The heat was such that there hair and clothes dried within minutes. Pratigya went into the tent and saw her clothes and everything was back here. Krishna removed his wet shirt and rubbed his hair briefly. "The last time we kissed you said it was a mistake" He turned around and saw Pratigya. "I know" he said turning around. "you know it hurt me a lot" she could feel the tear sting in her eye. She didn't look up at him. "Hey darling.. look at me" she looked up and met his eyes. "I'm sorry" she looked so vulnerable he took her into his arms and she clinged to him, she didn't plan this, her tears began to wash his shoulder. "please" he whispered into her ear. She was feeling hot all of a sudden, his body heat was warming her up at a accelerating rate. She happy sighed against his cheek, she felt the rough stubble rub her cheek. She licked her dry lips. She felt his mouth move down to her neck he planted a wet kiss, making her feel weak and needy, her grip tightened around his waist and upper back, feeling her response, he moved up and placed a kiss on her cheek, then in that moment their eyes locked, and there lips met in gentle yet passionate kiss followed by a loving secure one on her forehead."and what about Preeti she will be back and then where will I be left in this?" she searched his eyes for answers as he looked at her. "Its too complicated I'm sorry." she shook her head, and walked out before she burst into tears again. Krishna didn't call her back, she had a point, Preeti would never let this work out for him. He rubbed his head. Pratigya you seriously need your head examined he just told you what you always wanted to hear and now you are running away, coward of your own feelings' scolded her mind. Everyone got placed on the minivan, everyone sat down Pratigya was the only one to seat and Krishna was only one with a free seat next to him. She didn't want to sit there, but there was no choice. Back into her simple blue salvar she combed her hair thoroughly. Krishna knocked on her door, "its open" she called. She turned around as she saw his reflection in the mirror, wearing a black t-shirt and beige joggers "Sir?" she got of the seat pushing her hair to the back. "you changed? I thought to wait untill" she nodded "yes its all fine now" he came closer "Sorry about the mix up I didn't think there would be a shortage of rooms in this way"

"Sir why are you apologising it's not your fault" she said walking up to him, he brushed passed her "yeah but still" he said sitting on the bed. "and you can have the bed I will sleep on the sofa" no she couldn't let him do that'

"no all your life you have had a luxury life you won't like the sofa you take the bed" he shook his head.. "nai Pratigya you take the bed. He said pressing the bridge of his nose and squeezing his eyes. "Sir everything ok?" she said in concern.. "hmm he replied "just a bit of a headache no big deal.. listen come take a seat and see how comfortable this matress is then you will want me to sleep on the sofa. He chuckled. "hmm" a soft chuckle escaped her mouth as she climbed on to the bed. "your right its comfortable. He turned his face to her. "told you" then he continued to massage his forehead. "Sir" she said slipping down "this always helps me" half sitting she leaned over him, using her left elbow as balance on the bed, as her fingers rubbed against his temple. It was ok when his eyes were shut but now they were open and gazing right at her. "nothing" she replied lost for words when he was making her feel this way, She leaned down and pressed her lips against his, his hands changed position his hand was caressing her nape gently grazing her with his finger tips, her lips felt soft against his, she closed her eyes enjoying this closeness between them, nothing was said their lips were doing all the talking, her hand caressed his right cheek, his legs shifted becoming a L shape, one foot flat and the other other folded and resting, her hands rested upon his thigh as they exchanged sweet passion kisses, then it hit her, they were alone on the bed in a hotel room as much as she didn't want to stop, she had to, to keep in her limits, she reluctantly broke the kiss and his eyes dreamly opened, when he lost contact. She pressed her lips together "and now we should get some sleep we have a early flight back home hmm?" she panted giving him a quick peck on the cheek, with a short giggle as she turned the other way on the bed. Krishna rubbed his hair with silly grin. "hmm" he said slipping his hand around her waist as he snuggled up to her she couldn't help but smile as she felt his hands on her, "sound sleep beautiful" he said kissing her cheek. She didn't want him for a second to feel like he didn't matter, she entwined her fingers with hi knotting them around her waist. He smiled at her actions. He inhaled into her hair as his face rested on her shoulder. They both fell asleep.
