dnt beat me but i really feel it is wrong for any son to just assert he has the right on the wealth, as long as it in my name , and i am alie ican do whatever, it translates to hissa only on death or upon wealth!!
sajjan built his own bussiness he does it mosttly alone , shakti hleps him and since he dsnt really get paid then yes ok i can even buy the fact that he can say i have contributed to this wealjth increase- doesnt really mean thats justifed too but it is more near to truth
as for k, well he was never in the bussiness, got money to start a hotel and has an independent bussiness which he really doesnt use to add to his dads wealth so in that sitiuation how on earth is it his right?
generally speaking, i dnt get the mentaltiy, how come the kids have a right just coz they are the kids, it is the will of the person who has made the property that he ghives to shoever he wants!! well in this regard, i get it that k shakti are irked and want a share but i still feel just by birth it dnst make it liableto get property

agree with you... since its his dad's stand alone property it can become his only when he writes in his or may be after his death he can acquire it... but not now...
i think Prats is only a criminal lawyer n she is not aware of civil laws i suppose😆😉
