It looks a bit confusing...why only Krishna has to give blood??...anyways let's see how the sequence comes out..

So big drama in store and this will mean a seperation in the bonding of SS and Krishna which is needed as SS did wrong!

Maybe K's blood is the only one that matches but it doesn't make sense if SS's blood doesn't match wouldn't his mother's match his since they are his parents. We will have to wait and watch.
