Well if you're an Abhimanyu or Chandu fan like me, then you would have liked tonight's episode. Everyone else was ok too. It was a youth-dominated show today and I liked it a LOT. For that reason alone. Krishna is so passionate about beating Abhimanyu that he skips working at the restaurant. It was funny, because the restaurant was his passion once upon a time. He looked not bad in the black T shirt. Pratigya took the breath away in her deep purple sari with embroidery. I love that color and on her its looks amazing. The scene at the maika with Chandu and the Saxenas was cute. I love how helpful Chandu is, and how he really wants to do anything for Arushi. Who wouldn't want such a cute guy as their assistant? Arushi is one lucky girl. He is far more helpful to them than Tanmay or Aman Mathur and a thousand times sexier. sorry if I am gushing but it's so rare that the cvs give him any airtime and I mean to make the most of it.
The scene where Abhimanyu is with his mom and they are discussing their time in the haveli and how meaningless it is if anything happens to him was moving. I really felt the pain of the mother when she cried to Abhimanyu about what he had to go through and how she ached to see all of his wounds. And the way he softly held her and comforted her was just one of the better moments I have seen all week. These two are both having a hellish time with the Thakurs, and it would be nice for some peace in that house.
When Abhimanyu advises the client about his case, he really shows the concern of a social activist and not just a lawyer out to win. He is working to better the conditions of people and I got that from his words to the man. I know, this is the same man who tried to give Krishna a hard time and filed a case against him. But the scene here and the one with his mother earlier shows a gray character just as someone in this forum had described him. Plus, seeing him dressed in a crisp white shirt and pants, with a black jacket he looked every inch the high class lawyer and very little like a Thakur son.
After that, when Pratigya saves his life, it was revealing. The way Abhimanyu looked so shocked when she fell unconscious, he didnt hesitate to bring her to Shakti's jeep and make him drive to the hospital. Shakti was just worried about who he had hit and then trying to make his getaway. He is such a prince. What would he have done if Pratigya had died? What if it was Kesar who was struck instead of her? What would he have told Samar? Then he cleverly calls Krishna and informs him his wife is in an accident leaving his role out of it. Krishna is now going to think everything is Abhimanyu's fault, even if it isn't. Then Pratigya getting annoyed with both the brothers was logical. she was the one trying to keep the peace and here they are trying to ruin it.
Abhimanyu stopped Shakti from getting away, and made sure Pratigya got to the hospital and then got emergency treatment. Regardless of what is happening between them all, Krishna owes this man his gratitude. Am not saying for him to admit he is wrong about him, but at least be honest. Abhimanyu is better than Shakti, his actions speak louder than words. Abhimanyu acted to save his brother's wife, a woman he barely knows but nonetheless is family. Krishna has his wife intact because of him, let him realize this. Why should Krishna blame Abhimanyu anyway? Pratigya didn't tell him to stay home and work out. He could have come with her. If Shakti tries to harm Abhimanyu, let SS find out about it. And let Krishna not help him in any way.
