Okay, I didn't get a chance to watch the full epi yet.
But my take on his attitude is...
He believes the love of kriya is their strongest bond, but pratigya innocently was talking in general that a child makes the bond stronger.
Hence he felt let down thinking his love is not enough for her. It's a misunderstanding, bec p made a general comment which was not specific to them.
Komash have a child but it doesn't mean in all cases that a child can bond a couple or make it more stronger, in some cases it only binds.
