I have, like you also started watching after a short break. I started during their wedding. As far as I understood she told him about being married to Shakti and also said nothing physical happened between them. But now Shakti tried to stir things between them by saying something did happen between them and how he can tell him where in her body all her moles and stuff are. Now Tanmey cant trust Arushi and it is all bugging him.😔

My question to those who know is,can you please tell us how they both met and why do they still live in this house. I watched an episode during their mothers funeral where Komal called him dewarji, so I thought maybe he was a long lost cousin who was an orphan or something like that. Do tell us someone.😕
