i use pain killers and declofenac - what i think is i should be on morphin...

i use pai relief creams etc and hot water bottles, had proffessional massages..

no had to take time off... i walk all bent - like an old lady! that's when i can walk... i can't sit, lie down, stand. this year i have kept being ill.
