Hey, I am a bit confused about this one... so anyone who knows a bit about legal matters, if you could please clarify, then it would be great 😊
Prats is is jail for attempt to murder, or for burning her MIL... but if Prats did not herself set the Thakurain on fire, or suggest the same to her, or provide her with the necessary tools, is the case even valid? If everyone states the truth, it would pretty much be like the Saas-Bahu were having an argument and the Saas went in anger to die by burning herself.
Is having an argument that led to attempted suicide, enough to book you in for attempted murder? If that is so, then many suicide victims commit suicide because of an argument, an unrequited love. In that case, why isn't the supposed partner arrested for murder?
I really have no knowledge on these legal matters, please anyone help 😊
