Great post di, u nailed it...i remember reading pearl/SB interview where in they say that kriya would continue to face problems together and there will be conflits and diff in opinions-but they will learn to live with the bond of love becoming stronger with time...it was meant to be the coexistance of idealism-realism from the start...u put it in perfect words...if we look closer we will find such conflits betwn SS and prof in thier beliefs about the social norms and society...the CV's r brilliant

Dhanywad Devi for this post.👏

Pratigya is surviving with her idealism intact (with a few bumps, bruises and dents) ONLY and ONLY because there is a realist in her life who picks up the pieces hot on her heels. She takes off in her mind into her world of ideals she values above all else. Krishna as the idealist is, for his part attempts to keep her feet firmly on the ground before she takes off on her next flight of fancy into idealism. They are often required to compromise in their extreme stances.

Idealism is like an inflated balloon, easily carried away and lost if not tied down by and to something to keep it floating safely. Idealism is at risk in the world it inhabits and can just as easily become a deflated balloon when challenged by the elements in which it attempts to survive.

As a general rule, life at it's best is like a river that flows freely without rocks and boulders that stagnate or interfere our progress. LIfe is no picnic when one is constantly running into idealistic rocks and boulders that impede the smooth course of the river.

Idealism is the hypothesis and realism the experiment that proves it. The theory of a principle sounds promising and exciting at times, but when the experiment is conducted the errors or glitches in the premise become glaringly obvious. There is often a by-product that the experiment brings to the surface, something the scientist never dreamed of when he came up with his hypothesis..

If we look back on the initial months of the show, we saw the idealist Prats and Shamu surrendered to realist Krishna. Whatever his means, the idealist Prats couldn't sustain her stance of fighting back and not surrendering to the man who challenged her idealistic world.

We've seen Shamu shudder and cry asking the viewers "why is this happening in my life?". In spite of the several hard knocks and falls from his horse named idealism, both he and his daughter have failed to understand the inherent flaws in having their idealistic heads in the clouds. The only temporary reprieve they get is surrendering to the realism for a tad before they return to their friendly skies.

Shamu has seen this happen with each of his children and yet he is ziddi about his stance on idealism. Krishna being the pragmatist has managed to reach up on his toes into the world of idealism his feet is still on the ground. Prats and Shamu on the other hand have had a few crash landing on their seats that wake them up but they refuse to stay grounded long enough before they soar back into the cloud called idealism.

If man is the boat, the woman is the wind that sails it. It ties into what I heard over this weekend that is a fascinating study of the dynamics in the man/woman relationship.

The pure and untouched Idealism [Pratigya] needs the grounded reality [ Krishna] for it to thrive , While the earthy Reality requires the soaring Idealism to keep itself flying ...Simply Put..Both require require each other for their existence , while Idealism motivates us to excel, reality finds a way to pursue that excellence ...even simply Put Krishna and Pratigya need each other for existence and they exists in each other and in us ..

Excellent Post Tanthya... 👏 u have described P and K very precisely...

However, still some doubts remain... (my POV entirely)

Its true in the case of K and P, both their ideologies complement each other... they are two halves of a whole and like u said they need each other and learn from each other...they are doing it out of LOVE... each will accept the other's eccentricities and try to either adapt or change... in the present MKAP it is Krishna who has adapted much, more than Prats...

However, my POV is that applying idealism or realism will depend on the SITUATION...
How much effect will idealism have on people like Shakti, Amma or Radhe ????
Can Prats really afford to be idealist with them ??? How long would she survive without realistic K helping her ??? The realist K, on the other hand will deal with everything life throws at him, though he might falter sometimes... it may not be perfect, but it will work...

An idealist on the other hand, not only has to be idealist himself... but needs an idealist environment to make things work...

Recollect Prats idealist preachings to K to go out and do some kanooni work... but she was clueless as to WHAT work...

Even now in the case of Radhe, her idealism seems to be similar to trying to act squeaky clean when one's feet is mired in muck...

@Mera... superb post...⭐️

What's going on? Posterwas changing usernames? Kesariyaaa is now Poojie. When I saw her threads last night, wondered who is this new person with multiple threads. With the break of dawn the doubts were cleared..

Now who is this Atticus who has written over 2000+ posts?😲🤔😕 Named after Greek rhetorican, English musician,American actor, a Roman philospher or the character from To kill a mockingbird.
