I have had the regular jalebi (dunked in sugar syrup). Searched for dahi jalebi and never found it in the Indian stores.🤔

In Punjabi, sojji means wisdom!😃

In South India it's ................I hand over mike (no not the guy but the object😛) to Tanths, she can explain what it is. She is an excellent North/South translator😃. Do you like Mysore Paaku (besan cake).😃

Sojji is sooji with sugar + ghee with a pinch of saffron. You can stuff it like you do aalo paratha and eat it too.😃

The guys at the Indian store probably wonder why I am suddenly asking for dishes I have never bothered to ask ever before. First it was rabdi, then dahi jalebi.😆
