Everyone is criticizing Arushi for her decision. But I think from her point of view she is justified.Just think of her position- her marriage to someone whom she loved has been ruined without any convincing proofs. No proper reasons. Many people will say marriage in not the end of life..There are so many other things to look forward in life. But ask a young girl brought up in small town. Its very tough to face a broken marriage at the wedding altar with no concrete reason even if the girl is educated.Relations, friends and neighbours are not exactly supportive or helpful.
There is gossip, comments and snide remarks which can play havoc with a young girl's mental state.
Its very easy to get on a high moral pedestal and say idealistic things but on practical level in real life people have to make weird compromises.
Getting back to Arushi she is a life saving and revenge mode.
She is marrying Shakti even though she hated him as she does not want to face the hurt of being rejected
Right now she hates Pratigya's guts as she ruined her marriage ,, she wants revenge at any cost
Finally her parents failed to save her marriage which leaves her with nothing but a bleak future..
In this whole scenario in my opinion main culprits are Prof Saxena and Pratigya because of their rigid and unpractical stands
In this situation Prof Saxena as a responsible father should have had a meeting with Aman 's Father and voiced his concerns. He should have also talked with Aman and tried to find out the true facts and not brushed everything under the carpet. All sensible parents do that for their daughter's marriage specially if its an arranged marriage.
Then Pratigya acts in most impractical ways. Her Intentions might be good but her method of actions are really most unrealistic. If she knew that Aman was a culprit there are many ways to expose him.It should have been done in a delicate tactful way not in the blunt accusing way she goes around. This is something which should never have been done in this melodramatic way in front of everyone making a spectacle of her sister's life.
There is a way to handle things in life in a sensible way.
I really dont like the way Pratigya behaves in a superior way without any consideration for any repercussuions or effects of her so called righteous actions
