SS was caught loitering along the hallway of the Saxsena house by Shamu, the head of the family himself. SS found his way to the loo and back but not without first tossing a few insults Shamu's way about his "chota" ghar. He exchanged covert glances with Katra Naresh signaling the failure of his mission to find Prats in the back of the house. Takurji, you have more things to worry about than just the breakout of your bahu Prats from your Takur prison. Your son is missing and even your shrewd bitiya Komal is suspicious about your sudden appearance at her sasural. Not one with much of an IQ as has proven more often than not, Katra Naresh went to see if his devarani was hiding on the terrace of her maike. Nainaji just happened to inquire about Prats's well-being which clued SS that Krishnabeau was not at her maike. After giving his samandhi a crafty answer he made a hasty retreat out of Shamu's house. But by then Komal had smelled a few rats😛.
Amma played detective and decided to question her badi bahu Kesar about aiding and abetting Prats's in her disappearance. She tortured Kesar with taunts of severe consequences from Katra Naresh if it came to light she had any part in Prat's Houdini act. Shamu was suspicious of Takur's unexpected early morning visit to his home. Watch it ,Takur saheb! The educated samadh is suspicious and you know what that means, trouble for the Takurs down the road.😕
😕
Komal not one to overlook the bee in her bonnet rang up her maike from the privacy of her bedroom and asked Amma to talk to her bauji Prats. Ever the consummate green-eyed monster and emotional blackmailer, Amma did some fancy foot work and played defense with Komaliya but the shrewd Takur ki bitiya wasn't buying any of her Amma's hand-spun stories. She asked her Amma if she was up to some other mischief with Prats. Amma gave her some cock-a-mamie story that Prats had gone to the temple with KN and Ganti dadi. But smarty pants Komaliya wasn't buying any of it. She had her Amma's number now. 👍🏼You go girl! Don't ever let the Takurs or the Saxsenas stop you in your tracks or con you into believing their motives. You are one smart cookie, you will figure it all out. 😉Interesting ain't it, that this unpud girl was doing was doing her solo detective work all from within the walls of the green house. Now that's called efficient management.. 👏😃The Saxsenas on the other hand had just begun looking behind SS's motives for his visit and still hadn't figured it out.😕
Looks like there had been another night of rains in Allahabad. The tired threesome were still on their quest for Krishna, when Prats spotted one of SS's jeep. One of the men aboard the jeep saw Prats. Thanks to Tunna's quick-thinking Chandu managed to get the traveling trio to safety and off the Takur henchmen's tracks.
Back at the Niwas, the blood thirsty Katra Naresh tried his best to impress his bauji with his plans to strangle Prats as soon as he got his hands on her. The unpud Takur with the lowest IQ wondered where Krishna and Prats were out loud, only to have SS smack down on his gundagiri plans.
Just then Adarsh walked in to visit his little sister Prats at the request of his parents early that morning. A cagey Amma tried to dance around the issue. She wanted to know why Adarsh wanted to visit his sister in just two days. She told him to not be a neighbor by showing up unannounced. Amma fibbed that Prats had gone out with Baba. Amma, wait till Adarsh and Komal compare notes when he gets home and finds out that you didn't keep your stories straight. Tumri band bajeygi Komaliya. The Takurs have been spinning one too many tall tales recently that they can't seem to keep their stories straight. Amma was doing her artful best to fend off the annoying detective moves from the Saxsena. Even her own daughter was now playing adversary much to her annoyance.😡 Even the ever confident SS was sweating bullets today but managed to keep his hands away from bulging his eyeballs out and heaving a sigh of relief once Adarsh left, relieved at having dodged a bullet this time from this close call.
Tunna. Chandu and Prats were back to the spot where they had made a pit stop for a drink of water earlier that morning while looking for Krishna. They were relieved at having escaped the clutches of SS's henchmen but were worried about not having found Krishna bhaiyya anywhere in town. Just then, either by accident, divine grace or POP's intent, Prats saw a bunch of beads strewn on the ground by the bench where Krishna had been earllier in the day. She picked them up and scrutinized it for some hidden clues, secret messages or what not. Voila! She was successful!👏 Prats realized that Krishna had been the person on the bench who had been pestered by a bunch of kids calling him paagal. Was that expression on her face one of fear that he may have turned paagal or relief that he had been in the vicinity earlier that day, or worry about not knowing where to find him now or if he was sane. Take your pick, bec' I am confused by what that expression tried to convey.😕
Preview: Prats spots Krishna aimlessly walking on the side of the street below. She yells out to him "KRISHNA, KRISHNA, KRISHNA" but her patidev either didn't hear her or he ignored her. We'll find out tomorrow.
P.S: Takurs ka band bajnewali hai. Komal is on to their notankis and lies, playing suspicious Sally and Takurs are slipping in their chaalaki games one too many times since Krishna disappeared. Let's see where it leads them. Saxsenas are still slow in their processing of Takur's motives for his unexpected visit. Krishna is back 😉and so will many of our friends on the forum to post again, hopefully.😃
