How does Pratigya's truth resolve Shyamji's case?

It may be very important truth for both Krishna and Pratigya but how is it going to help Judge to give his verdict that Shyam Ji is innocent?

1. It may show Angad was a criminal or has bad history but Prosecutor himself is arguing that Angad was troubling Saxsenas

2. It may show that Shyam Ji had reasons to be present at Crime Scene because Angad was blackmailing using Pratigya's kidnapping

But just establishing the valid reasons for presenting at the Crime Scene doesn't automatically prove that Professor was not involved in in murdering...OR will CVs use this fact and make Judge to acquit Shyam because he has Gandhiji like record in his life...?

Then how abt the facts that Shyam ji intentionally let go Angad's hand and Adarsh pushed Angad? Will Sach Ka Sathi Aman hide these things to win the case?

Are we suppose to sympathize with Saxsena's because they are 'shown' to be victims?

I wouldn't have mind Saxsena's winning the case revealing half fact, only if they had not acted they are the only "Satyavaadis"

prof. saxena IS guilty..whatever is the justification of being present at the crime scene and enemity b/w him and angad, the truth is that angad died and prof. and adarsh are responsible..it cant be proven otherwise..lets see how aman saves him..even if krishna knows the truth abt angad, pratigya, kidnapping , angad's blackmail, it's not gonna save professor..yes, the cv's might have some other plan.

I don't get it either ... Shamji is the most ridiculously stupid character on this show! I don't get it how they'll prove him innocent ... Aadarsh pushed angad ... Prof let go of his hand ... its bizarre ... kya case hai .. kaise jeetenge its makes no sense to me 🤪
