RC, totally agree. Pratigya's truth may help show Prof's state of mind but nothing els.e
the only way to walk away from the murder situation is to claim manslaughter or self defense. we know it was not premeditated on Prof's part (maybe Adarsh). I twas not self-defense becasue Angad was hanging fromteh cliff and Prof was not.
so the only purpose of Pratigya's revelation is to support a case of manslaughter. teh Prof who was supposed to be helping Angad from falling was emotionally distraught enough that he dropped or was unable to pull up the falling Angad????
I see no other reason. Unfortunately the defense lawyer is not using either self defense of manslaughter as his defense argument. he is using accident. Am sorry but that particular defense is so off left field even my 7 year old would not by it. Hope the guy is not relying on his legal practice for his livelihood.😆😆😆
