I can't exactly pinpoint the reason why hasn't she disclosed this secret. Lets just say, she didn't want to give her parents another shock and worry about her. Like she said to Arushi in one episode, she is the one who has to deal with this situation. I haven't even watched those episode, so not sure what was her reaction to Krishna's rape attempt. Did he promise her that he wont cross the limits again ?

COZ, sure it was not holding a gun right to HER head, but are u saying for a daughter, her father's head is less worth than her own??? I think that would make her into a selfishly stubborn girl, to NOT care if her dad is shot or not and still refuse to give into Krishna's forces by agreeing to marry him!!!

Pratigya is refusing to say sorry BCOZ she did NOT do NY WRONG! As simple as that! And she is further refusing to say sorry COZ I think, NOW that Pratigya knows WHAT the Thakurs think of women and HOW they treat women as worse than animals - Pratigya's beliefs, her self-respect, and her strong will-power would not allow her to accept The MCP's whims just coz she is a woman!!!

And I am still confused as what exactly gave u the idea that Pratigya was thinking how her apology would please Krishna, her so-called husband???😕😕😕

and yea him taking her back at gunpoint..that is what you get when you push someone over the edge...-> The same can be applied to Pratigya, a woman as well, and it could be said about her that when one push a woman to the edge, ie. FORCE her into lying about something as sacred and big as pregnancy, she would eventually spill the truth - the difference between the two is that Pratigya TRIED very nicely to make Krishna understand till she was pushed to the edge to insult a holy pooja by lying in it and Krishna's way of trying to make Pratigya understand was again FORCING her to apologize for his own mistakes to his own family and his so-called edge was spoken by himself - he realized that women should not be given too much independence coz women are incapable of digesting too much aazaadi!!!🤢🤢🤢
