Kisko kiske saath hook up yaa break up karna chahie ab yeh bhi poll k through decide kia jaayega?Ab tak toh Panchayat,Municipal Corporation,Assembly aur Praliament k lia vote karte the..ab yeh kyaa naya jhol hai?Ek din aisa aayega k aise polls honge..
