Ashok loved Devi so much in real life, she was his first love and mom of his two kids. Mahadevi doesn't deserve such treatment. All shows have shown her as third wheel between Karushok. Pathetic. All because of SRK's movie. That was just a movie, why other makers change narrative. It's not like SRK is threatening them to show it like that. That movie was flop and long forgotten. Still this pathetic behavior 😡

The level of hindi every actor is using has a variation and only Mallika is speaking proper hindi with proper pronunciation that it's coming across as a show-off instead of a show. It's like more of a classroom act than some professional level of acting. Adjust the level of hindi to make it same for everyone.

I am really doubtful now if Adnan is improvising on his dialogues - just replacing Shudh Hindi words with colloquial equivalent during scenes !! Also, during his angry scenes, he tries to speak fast and eats up half of the words !! The way Ashok was speaking to Kaurwaki - dooja, teeja , bhyah

Bhadrak's dialogues were better than Ashok's today. Sushim, Devi, Kaurwaki all of them speak almost proper Hindi most of the times.

In real life, don't worry, Devi got more pyaar aur sookh than what is shown here. Also, let's not forget that, polygamy was fine at that time and they would have been able to live with this occurrence.

Women never liked sharing their husbands even in polygamy era. Queens of Chandragupta were jealous of Durdhara and Helena , Queens of Bindusara were ealous of Subhadhrangi and Queens of Ashok were jealous of Asandhimitra. It was their majboori, they never liked it.
