'Kamasutra 3D', which has been embroiled in controversy because of the steamy content, was first offered to the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor Khan. This shocking revelation was made by director Rupesh Paul, who confessed that it was only when Bebo refused the role that he offered the movie to Sherlyn Chopra.

A report in India Today says that the director had approached Kareena with the script. Though she loved the script, she turned down the offer due to excessive nudity.
