I've thought the same, if Sharda's family is that embarrassed and ashamed of her then why didn't any of them bother to help educate her? All they've done is insult her as if she is so beneath them, this is why I look forward to Sakshi helping Sharda. I'm really enjoying their bond which is only going to increase with time, the show is off to a very promising start and I am loving it
On a side note, it took me a while but now I find Karan and Sakshi to be adorable.
