I am a little puzzled as to why anup gave only shiv his highly coveted medal and not maahi.
It's not like shiv did something great to "deserve" it - and I mean actively deserve it, even though shiv is really a good kid.

I credit maahi highly for not having any jealousy whatsover.

It seems ridiculous that they have sidelined maahi,

I too didn't understand the purpose or meaning behind that gesture.šŸ˜•
Was it to show that he is proud of his son?Was it to show that he supports his decision to adopt a child?????

What may be the background, but Anup wanted to share his prized possession with his eldest son, just like any father. Also as a chote papa he wants to share it with Shiv as he is the eldest son of the family.

In a joint family set with good relations it is son of the family not for any couple.

no Idea why Anup given his Medal to Shiv...may be Aparna wrote to accept his son's decision & showing how proud he is with his son šŸ˜•

It was indeed strange and selfish of anup... the moment he came to know that shiv his blood, he gifted him the medal...

Like a fool he is on cloud 9 knowing the fact that shiv is his son even though he played no part in raising him. When shiv was a kid, he probably loved him as his brother's son. But now he is suddenly become a proud father of shiv. 🤢

Meenu and Anup got back their son. Alok always knew shiv was not his son. What about Ira? what did she get raising him? Suddenly her son is no longer hers. He is like someone else's property.

Anup is openly praising his wife for what she did... how stupid. 🤪no one is thinking of how Ira must be feeling.

It is Ira who has been made a fool for no fault of hers. Dumb alok did not think what the consequences of his action would be. 😔😔

First question is from where the medal came? Was it there in KB? Because Anoop as Pasha could not have brought it - even his clothes were changed in Jaitsar hospital. It is similar to Mannu's photo with Ganga one fine day.
As regards Anoop giving the medal to Shiv and not Mahi - perhaps this indicates that he considers Shiv more suitable (or may be he is biased for elder son) and he gave it when he came to know that Shiv is his son - Shiv as Alok's son was not considered suitable for this medal.

the whole thing looked so silly. It looked as if Shiv is some school going boy who has won a running race in school 🤪

I am not much bothered about Anup giving away his favourite things to Shiv but i feel they should show some of Mahi-Anup bonding too but in real sense it's Mahi who lacked the father's love in his life and it's Mahi who needs it more
We can't say it was selfish of Anup to give his medal just becoz he now knows that Shiv is his son becoz even Shiv is doing the same...he is showing so much attachment and concern for chote papa becoz he now knows that Anup is his father...so i feel it's quiet balanced from both the sides...both the sides are have apan khoon feeling somewhere in them and it's very natural...i don't think apna khoon/paraya khoon feeling is bad or disgusting...it's very natural for many people to have special bond with people they are connected with blood even if they have been missing in their life but i feel disgusted if this biased nature gets out of limit like it had with Dadisa when she was ready to put her DILs on the death bed just to have her own blood
