Arnav is having a difficult time in controlling his emotions when it comes to Khushi specially seeing her tears. I think this frustration is only leading him to be more cruel towards her because he thinks by been outright mean he can push away the unwanted thoughts. But his caring nature appears without his knowledge and he is left to muse in his own world as to what's happening to him. I'm sure after the marriage he will fall head over heals for Khushi,but might be little bit too late then. Waiting to see how the story will progress specially what would be Khushi's behavior after the marriage. Awesome update!

Part- Twelve

To a girl, the days pass very fast before the grand occasion. She feels different. Sometimes happy, sometimes sad, sometimes excited, sometimes shy and most of the times, top of the world, as Payel. But for Khushi, she feels only emptiness inside. But never had she let a single person to get the wind of her inner turmoil. She is playing her part as happy bride as flawless as possible, if not better.

For Arnav, it is easy. From very beginning he is an inexpressive soul. Rudeness and fierceness personified so no one bothered to make him feel like a groom, as it is only be a another deal in her life and he will crack it successfully, no doubt. But he knows there are different of emotions, crawling inside him and somehow Khushi is responsible for all of them.

Sangeet:

Khushi and Payels step in the Raizada house, making Arnav and Akash spell-bound as usual. Anjali, Nani and Mami welcome Guptas grandly. Soon the sangeet ceremony starts.

After a lot of insane singing and dancing Anjali makes an announcement or requests, "Ladies and Gentleman, I want to request Khushi, my would be Bhabi (smiling at Khushi), to sing a song for us."
As they have passed last few months together working, socializing, bonding, Anjali has come to know many qualities of Khushi and once in their evening gala when they have sat playing antakhshari the ladies of Raizada family have come to know the hidden singing talent of Khushi. Boys that day were out for some outstation business meeting.

Khushi furiously nods in negative, shying of the presence of so many guests and Him. Arnav only stares her, little surprised, little curious.

After much persuasion from Anjali and Naniji, Khushi agrees to sing.

Before starting her eyes search for the only person she has eyes for tonight, who looked devilishly handsome in his indo-western outfit, and the moment she found him looking at her intently, she averts her eyes and looks down. and echoes a melodious voice in the walls of Raizada mansion and a pin drop silence follows with that...

(The classic doesn't matter how old it is but young in its melody.)

She has sang this far and heard the beautiful melody of strings... When she turns to the gorgeous sound of the violin, she sees with wide open eyes, the ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA, who is playing may be the most pleasing sounding instrument, an instrument which sounds completely different from his personality.

Anjali and other members of family stare in disbelief, in 14 years, after his mother's death, this is the first time he is playing outside of his room (if he has played in there) and that also among a houseful of guests.

He looks at her, urging her to continue. Khushi takes the cue and starts singing again along with Arnav, who is playing after her lines...

She goes near Payel and sings looking at Akash, as she is meaning the lines...

She walks to Anjali next, who is in tears of joy. She wipes her free her tears and gives her a comforting hug. Anjali also embraces her conveying her affection and gratefulness. She now is more than sure that she is right in her choice. This girl will be able to bring her Chotey back from the shadow of his darkness; will be able to bring Arnav from the shell of ASR.

Khushi sings the next lines for Anjali and Shyam...

(In between she looks at Arnav from the corner of the eye, who is already looking at her and the next line comes)

In the ending Arnav plays along with Khushi's voice, losing themselves in others eyes.
The dreamy trance of the melodious moment only breaks when loud clapping echoes every corner of the grand hall of RM. But the couple, for whom they are clapping, they look lost in their Utopia.
It is her voice only ringing in his ears and for Khushi it is the sound of the violin which is still playing in her ears.


At late night Anjali comes to Arnav's room. Who is back to ASR's self, cursing the life out of the poor Aman's.

Anjali smiles fondly at her brother and pity the poor soul in line. She knocks the door. Arnav signs her to come inside while he finishes the call.

After the call Arnav seats next to her on the bed asking what has brought her so late in night in his room. In answer Anjali cups his face and plants a kiss on his forehead.
Arnav smiles to her affectionate gesture.

Anjali (smiling a teary smile)- aaj main bohot khush hu Chotey. (Today I am very happy Chotey)

Arnav (smiles too) - I can see.
Anjali- hmm... bohot dino ke baad aapne purane Chotey se milke bohot accha laga. (After a long time it felt good to see my old Chotey.)
Arnav frres his face from her hands and slowly looks down.
Anjali (thoughtfully) - Khushi ko es baat ke liye hum jitna bhi sukriya kahe hume kam lage ga. Usne aaj ek khoyi hui umeed phir se jaga di hai. Aab lagta hai, wo humare chotey ko phir se hume lauta denge, unhe phirse jina sikha denge. (Doesn't matter how much thanks I say to her it will feel less, for this. Today I found a new hope. It seems she will bring our Chotey back. She will give him life again)
She cups his face again and leaves with a smile in her face and tears in her eyes.

If she would have paid attention on his brother's face that time she would have seen how his changed from smiling to a scowl...

Out of all she says only thing keeps ringing in his ear is ". Today I found a new hope. It seems she will bring our Chotey back. She will give him life again"...

Who is she to change ASR and who is she to give hope to my Di... It is only me who can affect my DI and I won't let you and I won't let you affect me Khushi, I won't... he thinks in his head.

Little did he know it has already happened and he is the only one who is unaware.

Haldi:

Arnav is getting more and more agitated in every passing moment of this entire wedding thing. Only change is today, he is looking yellow instead of red in anger.
Arnav has tried to escape claiming he has some work in office but Anjali has caught him on time, resulting, that yucky thing (turmeric paste, as per Arnav's opinion) they (anjali, mami, nani and other ladies resent their) happily smudging on his face.
Their loud laughter is frustrating him to the core. He doesn't know what is so funny in this stupidity. Akash is adding fuel in his anger. That stupid ass is willingly forwarding his face, disgusting him to no limit.

Love sick... Eh!!

Payel and Khushi are also rejoicing the moment the day before wedding, with their family and friends. If you can say this for Khush

The Great Day: Wedding

Gupta family reaches the wedding venue and waits for Raizadas to come. The venue is neither Gupta's residence nor RM, which is mutually decided by both families, a big wedding hall little away from main city.
Raizada family arrives soon with both grooms and huge barat.
Garima, Shashi and Buaji welcome them with garland and tilak with grandeur.
Arnav and Akash have been guided to the mandap.
Arnav is on a mission today, he has taken an oath to not to get carried away by her (Khushi) charm. Little the poor fellow knew, what is coming on his way.
Anjali goes to call the brides after Panditji announces, it is time.
Payel and Khushi come and stand on the landing before stepping the grand stairs. Garima helps Payel where Anjali helps Khushi with their heavy attire. Akash watches how his dream is coming down in his life, mesmerized.

Arnav has been talking to Aman who is standing beside him on the Mandap, turns hearing the sharp intake of air from Akash's end. He looks at him, who is disgustingly looks sunken in the sight in front of him. Following his gaze he looks at the stairs, hoping to see Payel but Payel is already two steps down and his eyes fall behind her, Khushi, stepping down slowly fixing her eyes on the ground, wearing white multicolored beige grey lahenga with matching heavy jewelries.
Arnav suddenly gets reminded of line of a song he has heard long back "kya tumne kabhi dekha hai sitare zameen par utarte hue" (have you ever seen a star coming down on earth) he is seeing now.

As the brides take their sits beside their respective grooms the Wedding rituals starts.
After a while Panditji asks to do the Kanya dan. Sashi and Garima give their daughters hand to their grooms. That is the first time Arnav holds Khushi's hand and feels a shiver in her body. He sees her face, she is crying silently. He suppresses an extreme urge of wiping her tears but controls himself in time.

Today Khushi will cry her heart out, because today no one will think different as she has all reasosn to weep today. But she will take out all her pain, suppressed till now. She will shade all her tears which have been threatening to come out all these time. She will cry for past, present and for the dark future to come.

Payel is also shading tears but she has Akash's hand always on her shoulder which is comforting her and making her blush in between.

Both the grooms tie mangalsutra and put sindoor on their partitions marking them theirs.
Arnav feels a sudden stiffness in Khushi's countenance when he ties the holy thread and put s the vermilion on hers. But he cares less.
They take seven pheras with the seven oath to be each other's for life and beyond. Pandit ji pronounces them husband and wife.
The time of Bidaai comes and Payel and Khushi cry along with their parent. Akash again consoles Payel, Anjali consoles Khushi as Arnav stands solid on his ground.

She will come back in 3 months; he thinks and looks away before her tears affect him.

Awesome update. I feel so bad for Khushi. So mad at Arnav . He is destroying a girls life so that his sister can live happily.
