Not just between Jodha and Jalal but MahamA will use this opportunity to create misunderstanding between Mugals and Amer Rajvanshis (she already can't stand their prominence in darbar)
If MahamA shows letters and says Amer family and Jodha knew about Shivani's love with a servant and that is why they pushed for this marriage then who do you think will Jalal believe?
Plus MahamA will help Shivani elope and then can unleash her magic on everybody!
