Thinking of romantic songs, your name props up in mind immediately..I must say you have brought so much romance in people's lives with your evergreen romantic songs..I have listened to your cassettes where you have sung songs of other artistes..must say many times, I have liked your song better than the original singer..

My questions..

1. If you can sing few lines of any of your favorite songs..

2. I understand you are a Bengali but I find it amazing that Your accent of hindi songs is flawless..How does that happen..

3.I read some where you have very simple habits..like you sit on the floor to eat etc..Can you tell us more about what things have not changed even after you have been ruling the music industry..

4.What is your message for budding singers who may want to make singing their profession..

5.What is your message for bathroom singers who may have potential, but no one heard them..We don't want to miss a Mohd Rafi or Kumar Sanu who never came out of the bathroom..

1) "Aashiqui" truly marked the beginning of your career as a successful playback singer. Please share your experience up till and after that point.

2) What growth have you observed in yourself as a singer since 1990?

3) It is said that your voice is best suited for Shahrukh Khan, and I must say there are many a memorable numbers with you in playback for him. Who do you, personally feel you are best suited to playback for? What has been your most memorable song to record for that person?

4) On a different note, you have recently branched out into producing. What sort of plans do you have in mind on that front? Are there other venues you have considered pursuing either within Bollywood or outside of?
