actually premature baby is not a problem. only thing the child needs extra care for some time. it will be happy as well. in case of delivery a mom born along with child. danger zone is equal in normal cases as well. May be CVs wants to bring tough time for shiv&Anandi in their life by making them hear their inabilities to become true mom&dad. Sachi may make this issue and will try to make meenu against Anandi for not conceiving.

What a pity that threads with such hapless titles have no comments on them 🥱

CVs tried their best to promote their character ganga in every possible way.. first they ruined that character by making her a copy of anandi and when that did not work, they tried using sympathy factor ... but instead of getting sympathy she got labelled as a selfish mother..😆 what a failure it was for CVs.
