Agree. @ Charu and Subhashini, sorry for butting in but am unable to understand what is wrong about taking a few leaves. I am working and believe me by friday am just yearning for the weekend to come. These people don't even get saturdays and sundays. Its human to want some rest and personal space.

Just read the tellybuzz article where it was said that VD took 3 days leave in December and DD took 5. It almost sounded as if they had committed an offence. Normal working people get minimum 8 days a month. On top of it we also go at least once an year on vacations, take offs for ill health, family functions, gazzetted holidays and all.

The production house should manage its schedules better rather then expect people to work like animals. The exhaustion shows on their face and disinterest in the work also starts creeping in.

But regarding Vahhbiz I fully agree. If her husband is already overworked the minimum she can do is to let him rest in the limited time he has rather than party every night. The lifestyle is affecting his looks and body badly. He has started looking old and putting on.

Instead of doing some introspection, she is snapping at people. Even superstars dont give such rude statements like be happy you can see him everyday.

@shruti, who cares for their vacationing? The point is tht the holiday can be planned out in a way tht it doesn't affect his work..he cud have banked the episodes for a week and went on break from 31st to 8th..but his goa trip was unplanned. This is no gossip but his biwi herself gave out the info..he took 5 days off then and again takes an off on 6t, woh bhi till 13th..i also want to see how much he banked his scenes when dd also took consequitive leaves...fine, it wouldn't have been an issue if his jaanu baby didn't talk to his fans like tht..be happy tht he is on screen everyday..guess when they signed up for a daily soap, they knew what is expected out of them..may be they know if the ph calls them unprofessional, their fans will declare a world war on them..they can take an off anyday anytime.. if they r wrong , at least dun call the fans jobless.

abt fans..if u dont like someone dats fine..evryone hv their own choice to like or dislike someone.. but it doesnt mean u shd insult them on social sites.

two, we do not know how the ph manages when they get a notice tht leads wont be available ..not just bds, they have to change the scenes and for anything tht goes bad in Mb, we have cvs to blame..not only the leads, the techincians and everyone have a life beyond Mb..and they work for greater no of hours..but this is what they opted for..working in a daily soap is no joke..
