Jagat Gosain got the Title Taj Bibi Bilkis Makani posthumous she was known as Jagat Gosain/Jodh Bai till her death, hence her conversion is also doubtful but she is buried so her conversion thing is possible. Jahangir mentions her death in Tuzuk-I-Jahangiri, he condoled the extremely grieved Shah Jahan which proves that khurram was very much attached to her unlike what Alex Rutherford's novels says.

Taj Bibi Bilqis was her name after conversion i guess
But her title was mariam makhani i had read in some book
So it was Taj Bibi Bilqis Mariam Makhani
Majority mughal emperor mothers were either called Mariam makhani or Mariam uz zamai's only
