My opinion on this😆 --- Anoop knows J as a very good person who saves lives. He knows more about J's nature than Anandi's till date(i mean by the time he knew about their relation). And now he came to know that J was A's ex. So he would obviously have doubts on anandi as to why she left such a great soul like J. So here, someone has to appear in front of his and shed some light on him about J's colorful past, saying what an as* he was when Anandi left him. Then only he would be happy about Shiv marrying Anandi. Since he saw the best in J, knowing about J's past won't change his opinion on J anyway.
