Govt can make and enforce all the Laws but it is ave human being's responsiblity in enforcing them too. Expecting GOVT to do that alone is not fair. It is joint responisibility on GOVT and Janta's part to make it work. As MCM226 said RIghts and duties go together in MHO too.

👏....You said what I would have said......Government is "US". When you see the crime.....you report it....in other words, we all govern toegther.

On a side note I cannot express abhorrance enough towards child or even lower teen marriage. It is totally contemptous. Kids are neither physically nor mentally/emotionally ready for the responsibilities of a family.

Look at me.....I am big bachcha myself, shunned by female counterparts of my age into obscurity.......now If I had married myself few years back when I was a teenager, I would have been shining and not posting here.......

I've always thought it was disgusting and non-reasonable. I personally, don't know anyone that has had that happen to them but yeah in some Bolly movies that has happened and thats just not reasonable. It shouldnt happen. And as for the lil girls marrying ppl 20 years older then them. . .that's just stupid stuff. Like, If he turns out to be your daddy's age. lol Come on, it'z sort of nasty. LOL. I just think it shouldnt happen.

Yup! The should 'cause it's not right.

Who suffer the most from this practice?
I'm not sure by what you mean, but I think the kids that are getting married are suffering, there not even like "mature" yet and there suppose to be getting married and having kids? 🤢 🤢 🤢 it's wrong
