Rey was in his cabin , he somehow was feeling restless from the past 3 hours. As if something happened to someone close to his heart. His heart pained as if the old rey was going to wake up. He closed his eyes and kria's images came in his mind.

He groaned in frustration , and took out his laptop , and started working trying to shrug off the feelings which were arising in his heart. He couldn't concentrate and called swayam to ask him about some work.

Only if he knew that that one call would make him feel as if he did the biggest mistake of calling , bigger than his mistake of falling in love with kria. (For him haan not in real)

"Swayam."

"Re-rey! I-I'll ca-call yo-you la-later."

"Dude , what's wrong?"

Before swayam could reply , rey heard sharon's crying voice.

"Swayam , Please take out the car , the ambulance's going to take a hell lot of time. Please."

Her pleading voice could clearly make anyone understand that how helpless she was feeling , how broken she was. As if she was losing someone close to her , as if someone close to her was dying.

"Rey! I'll tell you everything later."

Saying this the line went dead.

Rey was restless would be a very big understatement , he couldn't describe his feelings. His mind cried that the person for whom Sharon was crying helplessly was kria , but his heart it did not believe it , well it did believe but he wasn't at all ready to accept his thoughts.

No matter what kria does , even if she stabs him , which she indirectly did , without the physical damage but emotional damage , he can never see her hurt. And he wasn't ready to accept the harsh fact that his mind screamed that kria was the girl.

He threw the vase on his table harshly. He wanted to scream , wanted to break everything and anything , do whatever he could just to make his mind and heart believe that the person wasn't kria.

For Sharon , her breath had come to a big stand still , her best friend lay under the tree , almost dead. She couldn't help but shout and hug swayam. Swayam was also numb.

Getting out of the shock , Sharon pulled back and ran to kria. Kria's face was bruised , her hands had blue marks on them , her feet almost burned , her clothes tattered , her lip bleeding. It seemed as if her hand was fractured.

"Swayam , call the ambulance please!"

They waited for 10 minutes during which rey's call came. Losing his patience , swayam picked kria up. He then took her to the car , Sharon followed him , crying badly. Swayam had to keep his calm right now , it was difficult for him to see his sister in this state but if he broke , he wouldn't know what to do.

Placing her behind. And making sure that Sharon sat , he started the car , and drove it till the hospital . Picking kria up , he entered , from where she was taken to the I.C.U .

Three hours had passed by since that time , the doctors had been aiding kria's bruises and checking how many injuries were there. Swayam gave Sharon a cup of coffee.

"Why her?"

"Huh?"

"Why does god make her suffer the most. Ussne aaj tak kissi ka bura nahi chaha , and usske saath aaj tak sirf bura hua hain. Why is life so un fair to her swayam? It's all cause of that bloody bas***d! I'll kill him swayam."

"What do you mean Sharon?"

Sharon realized that she was almost going to blurt out the secret . She shrugged.

"No-nothing. Sw-swayam when will the doctors come out?"

"How do I know sweetheart . Don't worry kria will be fine."

"Sure?"

"Of course , she is a fighter na."

Sharon nods. Swayam knew she was hiding something but shrugged the thought , as he didn't want to bother her as of now. The doctor came.

"Doctor?"

"I am sorry , your friend has been brutally raped by someone and tortured. She has been beaten repeatedly . Her foot is burned , it would be okay within few days , her arm's broken , she has suffered injuries and needs complete rest , medicines will aid these physical injuries , but she is mentally disturbed , either she has been forced to take sleeping pills or she has taken them to die. Make sure you guys keep her happy. I am calling the police."

For Sharon , it was as if the cold history was repeating itself , the words the doctor said , they were familiar she had heard them once a bit altered though. But this time , she was very much shook , her best friend had suffered so much.

Swayam didn't know what to say as a matter of fact how to even react in this situation. The girl whom he treated as his sister was so brutally treated. Even the thought of someone hurting his sister made his heart boil. As of now he knew one thing , they had to bring her out of the trauma , by hook or by crook.

His thoughts were broken by the sound of his phone ringing. He looked at his phone , and saw rey's no flashing. He just couldn't speak to him now , but with all the joules of energy left in him he picked the call.

"Yes rey?"

Rey was getting impatient . He couldn't comprehend why he felt so restless , maybe the thought that lingered in his mind , of kria being hurt. He looked at the clock. It had been 1 hour since swayam's call had come.

He picked his phone , and dialed swayam's number , his fingers somehow didn't want to press the call button. His mind was skeptical about calling swayam now . Cause he was too scared , too scared to let his thoughts come true.

He wanted to confirm that his mind and heart was wrong , but was too scared with the thought that maybe they weren't. He wanted to shout loud . He looked around the cabin , it was all messed up . He took a deep breath , and trying to shrug off her thoughts , he started clearing the things.

2 hours passed , rey's patience was at peak , now he didn't care a damn about his thought. He just took his phone praying to God that it wasn't kria.

"Yes rey?"

"Who was that person whom Sharon was talking about?"

He asked in a breath , sweat beds formed on his forehead , he waited for the answer . Swayam's silence was killing him.

"Swayam say!"

Finally losing his patience. And after hearing his answer , he knew one thing , god could never be fair with him.

"Kria."

Rey's eyes closed , it seemed as if the whole world was revolving around him . The time stopped for him. Swayam's voice echoed in his ears. The phone in his hand fell down , and soon he was on the ground , wishing that it was a nightmare , and he would wake up soon.

But it wasn't and he knew it.
