Hi PR-fans,

I've been watching PR since its inception and stopped a little after the first 4/5 year leap - basically around the time Manav became a successful business man. I recently started watching the show after Ankita's introduction - I truly feel the flavor of the initial days of PR is back...

When PR first started the concept showed 2 souls Manav and Archana who's sole existence was for their families... they put their family and the families needs before themselves and selflessly sacrificed what ever they could for their families... this is what connected them - in a sense it was like watching one soul in 2 bodies... that simplicity and pureness is what caught my attention and then as is what happens in TV-land all the mirch masala and drama over took the story lines and show and I stopped watching.

Now when I tune in to watch Naren and Ankita's interactions I see the flavor from the initial days of PR... Ankita and Naren's marriage was a compromise... Naren is ill and he sees his "Ahana" in Ankita... Ankita couldn't take care of all her siblings and bring them up the way she wanted too single handedly... she just didn't have the financial resources that were much needed for that... so yes from that angle it was a marriage of convenience... but the more i watch their interactions I see that Ankita and Naren are 2 pure souls that have found each other... Ankita is a good person and Naren (so far) is shown to be a very kind hearted person... the way he treats Ankita's family and stands by Ankita in every situation... I see shades of the original Manav standing by his Archana...like today, he was clearly hurt by the comments his Sunanda Attu had for his wife and immediately took Ankita shopping to buy her jewelry so they can't say she doesn't have anything...

I'm totally in love with Naren's character... I just hope he remains this caring and loyal to Ankita once he gets better and realizes Ankita is not Ahana...

Here's to hoping for a life time of togetherness and happiness for Ankita and Naren :)

Narens character is a breath of fresh air in this show .I love the way his dialogues are written .Love how the relationship of Naren and Ankita is developing . Right now Ankita is not in love with her husband but she has started to count on him for support . That is why she was hurt when she felt that he said yes to another marriage ( she was mistaken about that ) .

I think the next step in their relationship will be when Ankita falls in love with him but the real test will be when Naren finds out that she is not his Ahana and she married him for financial security for her siblings . Right now it looks like Naren cannot love anyone but Ahana ...

I think it is a lovely story and I am thoroughly enjoying it .

Both the actors ( Karan and Ankita ) are doing a fantastic job .They look so good together .Their chemistry is just right ( according to the story it is going to develop slowly ) They are both very good actors .

Naren is totally breath of fresh air compared to rest of the stale casts and story lines.

Love love love who ever is writing Naren's dialogues-script..I find him so natural at those humorous lines..he cracks me up big time with a smile on my face..

And he is not bad on my eyes either..😃

I start liking manav cause he was a very simple man with a golden heart..nothing OTT about him..and armaan was the same..they are such a simple couple..and same goes to anken..they are just different but so much lovely to watch..made for each other..

After a long time, I have actually started laughing in PR, thanks to Naren. I loved the way he said to Ahana "i told you, we'll find the cheeni chor in this house only. Yaad hai, kaise ise maara tha maine,lauki se?".

I think he is a fab actor and good looking too.

I also like how Ankita is really confused about her situation, her outbursts, her realisations about naren's condition and her occasional smiles at his antics. She is clearly only coping with whatever she is facing, sometimes resenting, sometimes accepting. Glad to see that she is not "mahaan" yet. just a young girl trying to come to terms with a situation of her own making. She is basically a good soul though.

Loving the way Ankita Lokhande and Karan Mehra are portraying these characters. It is a new type of jodi.

Hope he remains permanently insane. He is better of this way... the sane men in this show are the insane ones.

I said the same thing to my Mom yesterday. 😆 He takes care of his wife, supports her, great son to parents, does his office work, is respectful to his in laws, makes everyone smile and overall its bcos of him that the serial is not just a cry-galore anymore.

He has brought the much needed lightness in PR. This is what I have wanted to see in PR for long, even a supposedly sad/grave track can be showcased with some lightness and positivity in it.

Yesterday I was 🤣 when he told everyone that he has transferred 200 crores on Ankita's name.😆 Sabke chehre dekhne layak the. What an adorable goofball he is!

You are so right .This insane man is behaving more sane than the rest of them .

I really don't want Naren to change at all for a long long time . Even today he was so funny when he told off his plant for line maroing to his wife ...😆.
