Dance or emotion ?

Today Ashvik performance moved me in terms of emotion, dance and expression.
Somewhere I read and wanted to share -- What is the language of emotion? If all movement is dance, then what is the relation between touching and being touched as expressions of intense communication?

One need to look beyond just dancing for without emotion your dance won't move people and engaging with your audience is the most important thing when one performs.

I loved almost everyone's performance but the ladoo of '33' didn't favour Ashvik which was quite disappointing but EXPECTED. It is slowly and steadily proving that dance of Ashvik is loved by all but not by one - who continues to look with one eye closed.

every jodi did nice romantic act but i think kiku priyanka act was not that good that they deserve 33 what u think and also ankur perfomance was same as bruna perfomance and why they gave ankur more marks

i think sajid thinks that dance means moving your body.W*F???when will this bigheaded fool understand that dance means expression of emotion??

Ashvik's performance is being loved by all which is getting transformed into votes. Every week their performance manages to impress ALL but ONE.

actually i hate contemporary & y'day was so boring ,all the dances except ashwik 's concept all were boring .Gurbina dance looked so fake & after hearing she got two ribs fractured I was surprised how she could even jump & do lifts. Out of blues everything happens with these couple & i know this is voting gimmic & I wonder still their fans call us jealous Oh plzzz ???? I donno what judges saw in their dance, i found rakesh ridhi dance more real but waise contemporary balley is just not my taste, such low standard of the show is responsible for low TRp & also bad gimics of celebs for voting & the drama filler suckss big time .Nach baliye6 is damn down market..

Exactly. Dance as an art form should convey the emotions across to the audience. In such acts where a story is to be told, be it classical or contemporary , dancing without emotional acting or acting without the graceful moves will NOT convey the message fully. Didn't Ashvik's dance touch our souls? Their act was a class apart..

It would be really sad if a judge of any dancing show thinks only 'Dinkchak' and dinkchak alone is dance.

Agree completely. Ashvik dance touched our soul. To dance on a song chosen by Ashvik is extremely difficult . No dancer will dance on this song as they fear of getting low marks and you have to give it to them for taking up this challenge as they are confident of balancing emotion and dance. One can easily pin point mistake when one dances slowly but at the same time one can also SEE the perfect act which Sajid just ignored.
