I dont think the issue is the type of delivery. Delivery is a secondary problem in this case.
First the baby has to live until delivery. What Jagya had said was that Ganga has a weak uterus and therefore, the uterus may not be able to bear the brunt of the baby. Damage to the uterus means that the muscles of the uterus are weak and cannot sustain the child in proper position and hold it where it is supposed to be. The child will slip through tears in the muscles of the uterus and start falling into all sorts of other organs - like into the bowel where it may become exposed to mother's potty etc. or inject itself into areas it should not be. The uterus instead of being a tight and secure carry case for the fetus then just becomes like a loose shapeless sack - sort of like a baloon that has been pricked and the fetus can fall out of the uterus. This will cause the mother to become blue and choke.
Ganga being a nurse should have known all this and should have restricted herself to bed rest to avoid strain to the uterus muscles. But great mahaan woman (never thought I would see more mahaanta than anandi) but I was wrong 😆😆 ... she is climbing steps at the temple.
If the child grows to term while remaining in the uterus, then c-section will be helpful and certainly more advisable than normal delivery... but as I said, that is an issue to be dealt with if the child can grow properly to term in her uterus.
