Most of these were in the under 19s world cup at one time or another and won it. I think It will take time for this team to do well and i am willing to bear 500 losses to see this team lift the next world cup or icc champions trophy. I think this is the team that could do it.

I think they need 3 coaches 1 for bowling 1 for fielding and the other a general coach,

Pakistan shoud try to poach Tom Moody from Sri lanka for fielding coach and Aaqib Javed for bowling the other coach should be former Australia coach John buchannan,

From your team, I believe you r a keen follower of Domestic cricket in pakistan!😛😛I am! I know a lot of players in domestic cricket who hav been playing well for a tym but no one pays any attention to them...
I dont agree wid u that all of the new players shud b brought directky in the national team...except Fawad Alam and maybe Zulqarnain and Sarfaraz..
The rest of the new players, I think they shud definitely b included in the A team..along with a few more like Kashif , Khurram Manzoor,Mansoor Amjad and Mohammad Irshad..These players definitely deserve to b included in the A team...but its too early for them to b in the national team!😳

Fawad has been playing exceptional cricket over the past 13-15 months...still nobody is taking his name. He is groomed now and its the rite tym for him to make an international debut..The A team is going to Bangladesh and Fawad is the captain...lets see how he does ther.Aqib who is the chief coach of National Academy admires him alot! There shud b a replacement or backup for Akmal in the form of Salman Ahmad or Sarfaraz. Zulqarnain hasnt been playing well in the domestic....Sarfaraz is doing good.He was also the captain of the under 19 team which won the world cup!....I feel Salman Ahmad of Faislabad is an excellent keeper....He was with the A team in the past, so were Zulqarnain nd Sarfaraz.They keep changing the keepers for the A team due to unknown reasons.
Players like Anwar Ali, Akhter Ayub and Irshad can b good replacements for some of the national team bowlers wenever they r unfit or watever. But these shud b well groomed b4 they break into the national side otherwise same wud happen wid them as it did with Hasan Raza who made a debut wen he was 15 or 16 yrs and some months old!!

I also dont agree wid the new look...
but the new players that r mentioned r very good ones and consistent performers in the domestic cricket...they shud b groomed...but that doesnt mean throwing Younis Yousuf Shoaib n others.....the new ones shud b given place in the A team and can b prepared as backups for the players in the mational team!😊
