I'm scared! I think I ruined my teeth

I just brushed my teeth with a toothpaste called: Sensodyne Rapid Relief...it was a mistake that I bought it...I wanted to buy another toothpaste but I didn't pay attention. So I got home and decided to use it...cuz does it really matter what toothpaste you use?

But I was wrong...now all my teeth hurt 😭

I'm scared 😭

sensodyne r one of the bests out there..

umm cud be u dont brush too often n sensodyne is still fighting against ur gums thats why u r feeling the sensitivity

I always use Sensodyne...I use the regular one: Sensodyne Gentle Whitening...but Sensodyne Rapid Relief is apparently something else. It's not meant to brush with...only dab on sensitive tooth.

But the pain is gone...still won't be using that ever again... 😭
