Is Anushka Sharma miffed with Ranveer Singh?

The two actors said they were good friends but now Ms Sharma says she doesn't know him

In a recent interview, Anushka Sharma made it very clear that she was never involved with Ranveer Singh, going so far as to say, "we are not friends." This comes in stark contrast with the days that followed the success of Band Baaja Baaraat.

If you remember, we saw Ranveer and Anushka together all over the place, be it at movie screenings, events, parties and not too secret dinners and dates. And during that time, Ranveer often said that he absolutely loved the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actor. Even on Karan Johar's Koffee with Karan 3, the two were elusive when they were asked whether they were dating. Although neither confirmed that they had a relationship beyond friendship, everyone put two and two together and came up with the obvious answer.

But now things seem to have changed. While Anushka has straight out said that she has no connections with Ranveer, the Ram-Leela actor just refuses to say anything beyond we aren't in touch. All this makes us wonder whether Mr Singh's alleged relationship with Deepika Padukonehas annoyed Anushka to the extent that she now refuses to even talk about him. In fact, she hasn't even commented about Ram-Leela which became the talk of the town prior and post its release.

We wonder if Ms Sharma is treading a new "ground" with a certain Kohli blazing his blade to glory?

Not surprising that they are not friends but I would like to read whereever this interview of Anushka's is that they mention. I haven't seen it anywhere. Kinda sad they are not friends any more though. Is she really doing Zoya's film?
