Abhishek-Ash marriage: It may not be big fat Indian wedding

Considering the Bachchans' knack for keeping a low profile, the wedding of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai may not be a lavish ceremony.
At last some concrete reports are coming that the engaged couple will tie the knot on April 20 at the Bachchan's residence Prateeksha in Mumbai. Grapevine says there will be three ceremonies – sangeet ceremony, wedding and reception – spanning over a number of days.The wedding reportedly will strictly be a private affair with only relatives and close friends from both families attending the event. The guest list for the wedding includes Amitabh Bachchan 's close friends Amar Singh, Anil Ambani and his wife Tina, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Subroto Roy.
The sangeet ceremony before the wedding might see the presence of a large number of Bollywood stars. Reports have it that detailed plans are being chalked out to make the ceremony as musically entertaining as possible.
The reception, it is rumored, might take place in a hotel. A large number of people might be invited to the reception. However, there is no official word about it from the Bachchans yet.
Grapevine also has it that on his wedding day Abhishek will wear a golden sherwani, made by the 400-year-old family of master weavers from Varanasi.
