He didn't want to and so he didn't shake hands... Its as simple as that...

kushal may not be a saint but he is much better man than arman, and is not fake like him. Its good he didnt shake hands. Arman deserves no courtesy.

Because its Kushal so it was expected from him to shake hands at least...In my opinion he shd hv behaved in a better way and at least Shake Hands with housemates when he was leaving BB house
