The time she wanted to run away from home: I am the kind of person who makes people run away from their home. I would never run away from home. (laughs)
A script she hated: Recently, a director came with a script saying it was the best role of my life. When he narrated the story, I realised that he wanted me to play the role of Dracula. I politely turned down the offer, because I didn't want to shock my fans and my kids!
The hottest thing she ever put into her mouth: It has to be Jalapeno Chili... Oh! That was really hot.
Her biggest fear: I know people will laugh, but I just can't stand the sight of a cockroach.
If she were in big brother: I would have asked them to allow me to take my kids along with me.
Food that she wouldn't touch with a barge pole: Anything that moves is not my taste.

One suggestion for ekta kapoor: I think Ekta has carved her niche as a successful woman in the field of television. Now I think she should try something different and be a trend-setter in another field.

If she were offered the role of a homosexual character: I don't think that I would be able to do justice to the role, so I would refrain from playing one. It's not that I am against homosexuality. But, to play a character convincingly, you need some level of conviction.
The craziest thing she did in school: I used to be a huge cricket fan, so I took my portable radio in my class just to listen to the score. We all were enjoying the commentary during the lunch break. We didn't realise that our teacher had entered the class. I quickly put the radio inside my desk, but she overheard the crowds cheering the Indian team. Then I tried to switch off the radio. But, by mistake I increased the volume. I was immediately caught, and punished.
The craziest thing she did in college: I used to hardly attend lectures in college.
Her perfect date: My husband Sreeram as he knows my choice really well. He takes me to the best places and buys me the best of stuff.
A wacky incident at an airport: A few years ago, they increased the price of all international tickets. We faced a lot of problem then. The organisers had to send us in flights which would halt at various airports. We used to reach one place while our luggage would be somewhere else. And we would spend hours trying to explain our problem to the airport authorities.
Her greatest crush: Gregory Peck.
The time she cooked unpalatable stuff: Oh! It happened several times in the early days when I started cooking. I once wanted to cook prawns for Ram, but I overcooked them. They were inedible.
A remake she would never act in: I think it would be Mughal-e-Azam. But that's if anyone has the guts to remake it today. But who will play Dilip Kumar? I personally feel that no one should remake such classics.
