I have just bought 6 dhoom's ticket for monday( 23rd dec) night show in a multiplex in delhi. Ticket rates are regular ...

Preimier: 400 rs

Goldclass : 1000 rs

Yeah more like 15 $ ... And goldclass are awesome seats , lazyboys , blankets ...personalised food service etc ...the works 😃

400 rs is regular multiplex rates ...infact weekday morning shows after a week will probably be 250 rs.

Aww wow that's nice, so it all pretty much adds up in the end. If people find it expensive, they can always watch it in the weekdays or not in Gold class right.

I think a film like D3 is hard to be disappointed with, because you know what you're going for - a thin plotline with lots of glamour and action, and a thrilling experience.

I've found that the big cinemas are less cozy than the smaller ones, our smaller multiplexes have big cozy seats and great service. 😆

Well I was looking for actually the regular tickets ie 400 rs ones but they are all booked up till next wednesday ...all I was getting was the front 2 rows and I definately didnot want to see dhoom with a crink in my neck 😆 . So bought goldclass ...dhoom ke liye bantaa hai ..

This film is huge in the multiplexes , you have to see the buzz around the ticket counter to beleive it ...the first week will be massive ...only then will the WOM get into motion ...

i dont know if posted already or not, but Rs. 900 is ONLY at IMAX which exists here in metro cities only, NOT in small towns... people in metros can afford this much yar, dont underestimate Indian youth and their pocket money/salaries so much in fact, i tried to book them and i was told, all these "900rs" tickets are sold out already ..so yeah..not a big deal of 900rs for movie buffs 😛 that much is spent over a McD lunch anyday, this is D3 we are talking about.. 8)
