He can't be..

as vicky nil and rey are chuddy buddies / childhood friends.

so are the dazzlers.

they would know who vicky's dad is and what he looks like.

but of he is then the CV's have done a very big blooper

i don't think hes vicky's dad.. coz if am not wrong d proffesor said his name to b something which ends in das.. n vicky's name s vikramjeet kalsi as per exam result sheet n national dance fest...so he s not his dad n also nil n rey r his chuddy buddies so they ll know his father..
may be he s related in some other way..

if am wrong then CVs r making a biggest blooper/blunder in their story telling...

When I saw it I thought it might be neha's dad, but they can't show that cuz alisha isn't in the show anymore.
About him being vickers dad, don't think it's like that cuz otherwise nilesh too would have recognized him. Besides initially being a dazzler he hardly understands most of the hard hindi words so it's absolutely illogical
