I am NOT justifying the act of the driver but I just want to point out the mistake of the family of dancing in joy on the middle of the road and that too at night time!

Actually from what I can tell this baraat wasn't actually in the middle of the road. Because everyone was on the gravel. It was just that a few people somehow ended up on the road dancing.

But it was on the road. Road is meant for walking and driving not dancing. Morevoer, the road was not wide enough to accommodate the truck, other vehicles as well as the baraat...

Many barrats pass by from the road near my house. I have seen that the baraatis are least bothered about the other people! I remember one incident in which due to a baraat, one girl on scooty lost her balance and she slipped on the road causing injury to a dog lying by! This happened because the baraat blocked the road. Also, they fire the crackers so the remaining road also becomes useless.

I was happy that the the evil truck driver died...
Really hats off to the Father who kept on fighting and set an example...
I wish if everyone learns from him and fights against this corrupt system.
Then we can make a better and safe country to live...

Agreed. The policemen should be permanently fired from the job instead of suspension. They enjoyed in the resorts ans hotels at Mr.Saxena's cost! They were least bothered for his pain and his fight. Shame on such policemen.
